- GRGunther RiveraApr 18, 20261.0The staff (specifically Autumn) is incredibly hostile and unprofessional. I was attempted to be double-charged $87 for a night I already paid for, and when I tried to show my bank proof and request a supervisor, I was threatened with removal. The rooms are poorly cleaned—found a bug in my previous room. Save your money and your sanity - go somewhere with better standards and honest billing.

Rooms were okay: spacious (though we didn’t need the kitchenette). Strong shower pressure is noteworthy. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast buffet was decent. Ran out of yogurt during 2 of our 3 day stay 😞. Fitness center resembled more of an exercise closet, yet served its purpose. For the money, we tempered our expectations. New manager was responsive to a concern. Nearby LA Fitness honored my keycard, but still charges $20 for a guest pass 🙁. (I walked the area instead.)
