New, modern and clean hotel. Employees are friendly and converse with patrons beyond checking in or out at counter. Dogs allowed with large grass area at the woods for them to do their thing. Clean and large area for breakfast. Best hotel coffee we’ve had….each cup is freshly brewed from beans. A nice touch was the two kinds of pillows offered…pillow cases say firm or soft.

We had an excellent stay here and would absolutely return if we ever find ourselves in Alexandria again. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We had traveled in for a wedding and were not originally planning to stay a second night. They allowed us a late checkout so I could get ready for the wedding in peace, and when we still ended up running a little late getting out of the room, they were incredibly understanding and assured us it was no problem. Then, after we had a little too much fun at the wedding and later returned that night dragging our feet to the door, they had space available and happily accommodated us again. Every front desk person I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and bright, and our room was spacious. Continental breakfast is always one of my favorite hotel perks, and they had all of the standard options to choose from. Especially for the price, our experience was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hot water lacking and no half and half for coffee except at breakfast.otherwise a great hotel. Easy to fix my minor complaints and it will be 5-star. Brand new and nice👍
