The property itself is beautifully built and has a lot of potential, but the level of management and professionalism did not match the quality of the hotel. Our room had to be switched three times before we finally received one that was somewhat clean, which was frustrating—especially since the hotel did not appear to be particularly busy. What concerned us even more was our interaction with the supervisor, Kaylee. We found her behavior rude, mocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. During our stay, she also had her child with her at the property, along with a man who appeared to be her boyfriend or husband. Having family members present while she was working, combined with the overall casual atmosphere at the front desk, made the environment feel even less professional. We also observed several staff members gathered together chatting rather than maintaining a professional front-desk environment. Even more concerning, we could hear conversations about other guests and their business. As guests ourselves, that made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about discretion and guest privacy. We are familiar with the standards we normally expect from IHG properties, which made this experience particularly disappointing. Ultimately, we were uncomfortable enough that we chose to leave two days earlier than originally planned. It is unfortunate because this is a beautiful property with great potential, but the cleanliness, professionalism, management presence, and respect for guest privacy need serious attention.

I can’t drink dairy in my coffee. Thank you! Location is perfect, 20 minutes or less to all our favorite towns and places. Staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again soon.
