- HDHeather D5 days ago2.0Do not recommend.the only thing this place has going for it is comfy beds and pillows, after that things go downhill fast. The location off the expressway is very loud, mostly due to the fact that the place was built with paper thin materials, road noise, hallways, neighboring rooms, you hear everything!! Plus they allow pets so we had a lovely guest with a barking dog. Then there's housekeeping, there is none unless you tell them when you check in, but they fail to tell you that, so you just get surprised by it when nothing is done. Plus when we arrived the hallway just had dirty linens piled at doorways, like this is standard procedure for them. Nice first impression, and that was at like 730 pm arrival! Then the rooms, not clean. We found an old tooth flosser in the shower, the sink was leaking, and the water pressure is nonexistent. Then the food, breakfast was typical scrambled eggs, cereal, a couple pastries and yogurt, nothing I'd recommend. Coffee comes from machine,.as does hot water for tea. Tried 3 times to get clean hot water amd gave up, it was disgusting, cloudy or full of coffee grounds. Seriously, steer clear!

Go down to the lobby and buy a $3 bottle of water. Someone took out a bunch of facial tissues out of the box then stuffed them back in. I think it was supposed to look decorative. No thanks! I don't want to use facial tissues that somebody has had their nasty hands all over. Lovely views of the expressway and factory. Room was clean. This place is the gold standard of bare minimum.

This hotel was very comfortable, with decently sized rooms, a nice bathroom (shower stall, not a bathtub), and a great breakfast spread in the mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and looked good.
