  Was a nice stay with comfy bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. My only complaint is they don't have full length mirrors in the room. Bothered me a lot, as I want to see how my outfit looks before I go anywhere. If they add mirrors i'd stay again while in the area. Hotel was quiet, didn't hear anyone in the halls. Kinda heard the highway, but I bring a fan with me to drown out the noise.

  The hotel was very clean and spacious, which made it very comfortable for our family of three. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also quite good. We really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

  Housekeeping needs work here. Floors, surfaces, and randomly the alarm clock (how??) were sticky in the room. Random chapstick and garbage on the floor. The day of check out, despite having requested a 1 pm checkout with the front desk and a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping knocked at 11:30 asking if we needed service. She much have gathered from my obviously just woken up appearance something on her board was wrong, because she asked, "wait, are you not a stayover?" Even if I was, why are you knocking on a door with a do not disturb sign on it? Add them yelling in the halls and I can't say I was impressed. Also, minor gripe, from check in until breakfast, there weren't any cups out for the water. It's nice they even offer water, so it's a pretty minor ding for me, but the fact that A, the container where the cups usually go had a bug in it, and B, when I came down in the evening the front desk person was just on their mobile phone, chatting to a friend, when there's stuff out of stock and the coffee area was dirty, just rubbed me the wrong way. Breakfast was better than I expected though. I appreciate HIE stocking gluten free bagels nowadays ❤️ and the attendant was very nice. Everything else about our stay was as expected.

  I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was for the price. It is new inside and the rooms were very clean. Can't say enough about the free breakfast....a hidden gem for sure

  Overall, my husband and I had a great weekend stay. There were a couple of things I would like to address. First, I've read some other reviews complaining about the glass shower door not staying closed- to remedy this, we just pushed the other side, while it didn't have a handle, you were able to use both hands on the glass to push it closed. Personally I would have liked a mirror in the room for drying my hair (there was one in the bathroom only), a celing fan and fan in the bathroom would have been nice too. The breakfast was great, the water pressure was great too. We had no problems with noise whatsoever. The cleanliness of the room was OK, the nightstand tables were kind of greasy when we got there and after going barefoot on the carpet, my feet were black. Because of the way the faucet in the bathroom was positioned, too close to the countertop, water got all over the countertop when you were using it and it eventually ran down the counter and onto the floor- we had to tuck one of their hand towels along the side of the sink to soak it up. The bed was suprisingly comfortable- I have a lot of arthritis and while sleeping away from home is always difficult, it wasn't horrible. Lots of shops and restaurants near by as well.
