  My best friend who is getting married and I have been trying to contact this hotel to get hotel blocks for WEEKS. We have either been told "someone would be in contact soon" or called and emailed with no answer or reply. Ridiculous considering we are trying to send this place a huge amount of business but they're not taking it or even answering their phone and emails for that matter.... GET BACK TO US ASAP!!!!!! >:( *** adding an edit here because the response said to contact directly via main line and website and we have done that for 2.5 weeks now.... no response or answer.

  Called the hotel because of fraudulent charges on my business credit card from them. They confirmed somebody with a different name then me sent them a credit card authorization and a copy of my driver's license to book a room for over $700 in charges. Despite me telling them this was fraud, they refused to reverse the charges or provide me any information about who actually stayed there. Completely unhelpful. You'd think when someone tells you your business is participating in identity theft that they would want to investigate and get to the bottom of it.

  Such a great experience ✨ Our room was like a little apartment stocked with everything you could have needed, the Pantry options were also super convenient and a time saver, it was stocked with a assortment of things from burritos, pizzas, little meals really, to snack and candy and even household items you might need, toothbrush, aspirin etc. laundry soap to use the on site washer and dryers! the gym was clean and spacious, open 24 hours! My kiddos loved the pool especially that it was heated and stocked with towels in the pool area which was just convenient 😊 The Breakfast was delicious,the waffles are a must try 🧇 , they had a variety of fresh things to pick from, my two picky eaters rated the breakfast 10/10✨😂 Everything was very well maintained as well, super clean and nicely furnished, honestly the entire place is so stylish from the lobby to the rooms, the aesthetic is beautiful. How accommodating they are to pets is great!!😊 plenty of space outside to walk them around, waste bins with the lil plastic dog bags were out by the parking lot as well and on your way through the lobby there was a complementary dog treat jar for the four legged guest, so she felt very welcome as well 😁🐾 The staff here really make this place shine, they were all so friendly and on top of everything it really set a vibe! Can’t wait for our next stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
