  The service Was really great. Their breakfast were nice. Their pools Were nice and warm and the rooms were just wonderful and I also like to give a special Thanks too elham she was really nice. Her service was great for Service is 10 out of 10👍👍👍

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that it deserves to be shared. I arrived around 3:00 a.m. after a 13-hour drive, towing a truck and trailer. The parking lot was completely full, and a large section of the rear parking area was roped off despite appearing to have ample room for additional vehicles and trailers. When I explained my situation to the front desk, I was repeatedly told that the hotel was fully booked—as if that somehow addressed the parking problem. The front desk employee offered no practical solution. First, I was told to try neighboring hotels, which were also full. Then I was directed to a nearby business parking lot, but the employee admitted she wasn’t sure whether I was actually allowed to park there. Next, the manager suggested parking on the road and made it clear that I would be entirely responsible if anything happened to my truck or trailer. That is not an acceptable solution for a paying guest. When I rejected that suggestion, the front desk employee then recommended parking along the side of the building, despite there being no designated spaces and the location potentially blocking vehicles already parked there. After nearly 40 minutes of back-and-forth, contradictory suggestions, and complete lack of problem-solving, I was finally told I could park in the fire lane area at the end of the hotel—the very type of solution that should have been offered from the beginning. Because of the staff’s inability to make a decision or provide clear guidance, I lost 40 minutes of valuable rest time after an exhausting day of travel. I had to be back on the road by 8:30 a.m., and those 40 minutes mattered. What should have been a quick check-in became an unnecessary ordeal caused entirely by poor communication, lack of initiative, and an apparent absence of common sense from both the front desk staff and management. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to offer any discount, compensation, or acknowledgment that their handling of the situation was unacceptable. A full parking lot is not necessarily the hotel’s fault. However, how staff respond to guest problems absolutely is. This team demonstrated poor judgment, little concern for a weary traveler, and an astonishing inability to provide a straightforward solution. I would strongly recommend that anyone traveling with a truck, trailer, RV, or oversized vehicle call ahead and get parking arrangements confirmed in writing before staying here. In fact, just stay somewhere else.

  The best Holiday Inn experience I've ever had. You can tell the owners of this location take great care of and pride in their property. It was very clean and the room was well equipped. I appreciated the small gym, and the pool/hot tub area was nice and clean. The breakfast was the typical delivery truck, microwaved stuff at every holiday inn, but the attendant Elham was very courteous and definitely tries her best. They also provided a modest dinner during the work nights, which is something I had never seen before. Everything about this hotel was great, but the friendly staff and cleanliness stand out the most to me. Having tried the competition in the vincinity, this Holiday Inn is the best place to stay in Wixom!

  The Hotel is wonderful very clean & accommodating nice pool & jacuzzi. Phyllis & Steve are welcoming & strive to make your stay pleasurable. Amazing breakfast, wide variety & chef Elham is great she makes sure you are well fed!

  The food at this location from Elham at this location was amazing. She is a great cook, amazing food/ breakfast, had a great seasoned taste and kept the breakfast area flowing. Great job Elham at the Wixom location. 5 starts for the breakfast!!!!! Rarely can a place that serves turkey meat and you put veggies in your omelette.
