  We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express Wixom, especially during such a busy and exciting time while planning our wedding! I mainly worked with Miranda, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped organize our bookings, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding comes with a million details, and Miranda was always quick to respond to my emails and made everything so much easier and less stressful. Phyllis was also incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even went above and beyond by printing a flyer for our complimentary shuttle service so our wedding guests could easily get to and from the venue. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and really showed how much they cared about making our guests’ stay comfortable and convenient. The hot breakfast was great, and every employee we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. We truly felt taken care of during our stay. A huge thank you to Miranda, Phyllis, and the entire team at Holiday Inn Express Wixom for helping make our wedding weekend even more special! We highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a friendly, accommodating, and helpful team.

  Very friendly staff, better than normal IHG breakfast (everything stocked) very hard working team that takes pride in serving. Elham in the breakfast area is a blessing to the organization with her caring and warm welcome. First time at an IHG I have seen that a breakfast team member has said good morning and checked on customers individually

  The hospitality in this hotel is phenomenal. Front desk, cleaning staff and Elham. What would a morning be without breakfast? First interaction of the day and I’m grateful she was the one. I appreciate your warm smile and generous help. Thank you for making it a pleasant stay. You all make a difference ☺️

  We had a wonderful two-night family stay at Holiday Inn Express in Wixom, Michigan, and we truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Novi, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in very good condition, which made our family stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to recognize Elham, who works in the breakfast area in the mornings. She was absolutely wonderful, always smiling, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She greeted everyone with such a warm smile and made sure guests could enjoy a pleasant and peaceful breakfast. Her positive attitude and kindness really stood out to us and made our mornings extra special. Thank you, Elham, for your hard work, kindness, and excellent hospitality. You are truly an asset to the hotel, and we will definitely look forward to seeing you again on our next visit!

  This is remodeled which feels like new construction. It is tidy and clean. The room had 2 queens (soft with great pillows and new cozy bedding), a couch, coffee table, modern lounge chair with ottoman. The toilet is in a room with shower over tub. The vanity is in an alcove off the room and it also has a microwave and refrigerator. There is no coffee pot in the room but coffee/tea are available in the food area off the lobby 24/7. There was a laundry room on floor 2 near the hotel room: 3 washers and a dryer. So convenient! However, I missed if they sell detergent or softener (I don't think they do); bring your own. Each cycle is $1.50 paid with quarters. Breakfast is included. It is a mix of warm items such as oatmeal and continental style. There was milk, juices, and fresh fruit, too. Near the lobby, there are large work table to work on your computer. Parking is free and plenty, no valet, no bellhop. I would stay here again. It is a quick drive to Wixom, Novi, Milford and White Lake. Menards hardware is basically across the street if you need to shop. A gas station is also close by.
