  It was a great day very affordable. The lady at the front desk was so cool. It was clean the water. Pressure was good. Smelled good. The location was even better. I’ll be back if you’re looking for a nice place to stay affordable this is it.

  Very nice place at the Best Western Plus , Breakfast between 7 & 9 am . Wayland, Michigan out side of Grand rapids off of 131 South highway exit 64 sits in back of Shall Gas station facing in the rear on the right side ...you would have to go through parking lot to see it . It's a mini plaza in back of shell gas station ...one you see the mini plaza and see family dollar make a right and head a little west and building will be right in front of you . Enjoy it's fun and Gun lake casino is only 5 mi south on 131 highway!

  Where do I begin. Let's start with the facts. I reserved 2 rooms for my sons soccer tournament on April 23, early March. I called 3 days before to verbally confirm my rooms. Was even told what my rooms numbers are. 101/102 Arrived and one of my rooms were gone to expedia. The other was reassigned to a different room than I was told. 100 ..That tub was dirty by the way. So my nearly 80 year old mother had to clean her tub for a bath. To make giving my room away so bad THEY SEEMED CONFUSED ON WHAT TO DO.. to make it right...... we had the most incompetent unprofessional clerk. Telling us her business and that she got in trouble for calling the manager. I'm convinced she game the rooms away. Mid 60yr old Caucasian woman with light hair. The manager finally talked to my partner and tried to make it right but it was unreal that they couldn't figure out what to do for at least 2 hours while OTHER people were checking in before our eyes. The POOL was so nasty you could smell the mildew. We came home Sunday and my son was sick the next morning. I might call the department of whomever I need to call. Cuz ewe. IT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED AT ALL. Coming the room was the last that should have been done. Thanks.

  Close to the casino and the beds were so comfortable I was surprised how well I slept and cozy. Best beds ive ever had at a hotel..

  We stayed for 4 days mostly for sleepingand breakfastso did not hang around much at the hotel. The stay was good for the price, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We had a room facing the highway so it was a bit loud for sleeping. Pillows were lumpy but the bed was comfortable. We did not have any maid service so kinda of a bumper to not come back to new towels after the 2nd day but not a big deal. Breakfast buffet was good with alot of variety and food during the weekend but during the week selection was scarce and not as replenish, could be due to lack of guest but we have been to other hotels that keep the food full and fresh.
