  I hated this experience because first when I got to the room I tried to play the FIFA world cup on the tv and I couldn't because they don't have a channel to watch it on the tv. So I really hated this experience and I am saying for no body to come to this hotel.

  Its not a bad room if you need to lay your head down for a night. But other than that this place is pretty disgusting. Rusty water fountains. Moldy pool. Exercise equipment broke. Trash everywhere. You can tell they used the cheapest bidder to try to "renovate" the place. And also a VERY Incompetent worker named Lucy. We checked in and checked out of how nasty this place was. Lucy says that shes noone, and cant issue refunds and to call the booking agency to get a refund. So the booking co. calls Lucy which isn't a manager, and she tells the booking agency that she denies the refund. So liar Lucy is acting like shes the manager all of a sudden. Also tried calling her back to clarify whats going on and why she told the booking company that she wasnt issuing the refund, only for her to leave us on hold and never come back to the phone. This is a nice review by the way.

  I absolutely love the workers here and all the girls at the front desk including the man. They helped us with everything we needed. They helped us out when our ride wasn’t here yet and let us chill in the lobby while waiting. If I go to a hotel for a stay again will definitely be here!!!

  It was a great day very affordable. The lady at the front desk was so cool. It was clean the water. Pressure was good. Smelled good. The location was even better. I’ll be back if you’re looking for a nice place to stay affordable this is it.

  Where do I begin. Let's start with the facts. I reserved 2 rooms for my sons soccer tournament on April 23, early March. I called 3 days before to verbally confirm my rooms. Was even told what my rooms numbers are. 101/102 Arrived and one of my rooms were gone to expedia. The other was reassigned to a different room than I was told. 100 ..That tub was dirty by the way. So my nearly 80 year old mother had to clean her tub for a bath. To make giving my room away so bad THEY SEEMED CONFUSED ON WHAT TO DO.. to make it right...... we had the most incompetent unprofessional clerk. Telling us her business and that she got in trouble for calling the manager. I'm convinced she game the rooms away. Mid 60yr old Caucasian woman with light hair. The manager finally talked to my partner and tried to make it right but it was unreal that they couldn't figure out what to do for at least 2 hours while OTHER people were checking in before our eyes. The POOL was so nasty you could smell the mildew. We came home Sunday and my son was sick the next morning. I might call the department of whomever I need to call. Cuz ewe. IT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED AT ALL. Coming the room was the last that should have been done. Thanks.
