  Me and my boyfriend booked a room from 07/04/2026-07/06/2026 through super.com. We found this booking website directly from Google Maps under the hotel listing, and after researching the website further, there were people claiming that they've used the site with no problems. When we went to check in, the person at the front desk was able to find our reservation, but it said it hadn't been paid for, even though the money was already taken from our account. I understand that there's very little the hotel can do if they never received the money, and I know there's nothing the staff can do about it. My biggest issue was with one of the lady's at the front desk. I believe her name was Debra or Tessa. I believe she was middle-aged and had black hair. We left the hotel for a few minutes and when we went back in there was someone else at the front desk, and we basically just went in to let her know about the website just in case there was anyone she could let know about it. It almost seemed like she was speaking down to me. When I told her that I found the booking site off of Google Maps, she said something like, "You see how you can't just trust everything?" Her tone just made it seem condescending, and like it was our fault. I know it wasn't her fault, but I do believe the hotel should be held somewhat responsible for the sites people can book from, especially when they're linked directly to the hotel from google maps like this one was. We weren't trying to get a refund from the hotel, or get a room without paying, or complain just to complain, we really just wanted to let someone know so we could prevent this from happening to someone else.

  I believe her name is Debra, she is incredibly rude. I recently got married and the license bureau was unable to change my last name so I had my maiden name. I had proof that my last name was as it was listed on the reservation. She was not willing to work with us at all and talked poorly about people booking through third party websites. My husband had to do a completely new reservation and I got charged for the room anyways because she would not let me cancel. She was rude to the gentlemen in front of us and to the man after us. She should consider working a job that doesn’t involve customer service. As we were walking out, she was acting completely unprofessional, bad mouthing her fellow co-workers.
