  This hotel was not clean. The hallways smelled like smoke. The sofa in the room smelled like old BO and had a ton of mystery stains. The one bedroom suites are really studios. There is not door separating the bedroom. Very disappointed because usually Holiday Inns have higher standards than this.

  This place is in need of refurbishment. We got a suite because we needed to be in separate rooms for nap time. There are two exterior doors to the same hallway, but the door between the rooms has been removed. We could set the pack and play up in the bathroom I guess, but then we can't use it. In the photos, you can see the framed doorway, there just isn't a door.

  I had a disappointing stay at this property. I was unable to sleep from approximately 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM due to noise from the adjacent room. I understand that children may cry, but the hotel’s handling of the issue was not satisfactory. The initial compensation was only 2,000 points, and even after further feedback, the final adjustment was only 4,000 points. A case note also inaccurately stated that I was satisfied with the resolution. Some front desk interactions felt indifferent as well. The restaurant staff were friendly, but overall the response to a serious sleep disruption was disappointing.

  I went in to use the restroom at midnight and stepped in water all over the floor, apparently the toilet was leaking, I went down to tell the gentleman at the front desk about this and he moved our room. We got to the second room and got unpacked and settled for the night just to realized that we have been put across from some ladies who are partying and their children kept coming out of another room to knock on the door of the party room. I went down to talk to the gentleman at the front desk about this he said he would talk to them which he did but the ladies did not quiet down. He offered to move us again but at 1:00 in the morning after unpacking for a second time we really did not want to have to pack up and move our room again, I was exhausted after a 4-hour drive and then we had plans for the next day and then had to do a 4-hour drive back home after that. Long story short they ended up giving us a $30 credit which I find ridiculous because I definitely did not get a good night's sleep but that hotel. The lady we talked to in the morning about getting the credit was not friendly at all. Also just so that you are aware there is not a free continental breakfast at this hotel which we thought that there was.

  I had gotten a room for my daughter and I for the pool. We arrived my daughter changed and we went to the pool for about 2 and a half hours. When we returned to the room and it was time for showers I found a dirty bright red pair of Mickey Mouse underwear hanging up on the door. The manager was made aware by the receptionist Deborah who also had a picture and was very well aware of the filth and disgust I felt upon finding this. I left immediately and was denied a refund stating that the room was clean and there was no underwear hanging on the door although I took a picture and the receptionist checked and confirmed that it was there. Manager was rude and Very unprofessional on the phone when trying to resolve the problem. If you want to sleep in filth and get denied refunds when you find a strangers dirty underwear hanging up this would be a good place for you otherwise I highly recommend going elsewhere as the manager doesn’t care at all about this horrible experience. I will be posting this review on every site I can to make everyone aware of the kind of cleanliness and professionalism this hotel offers.
