  DO NOT book this under your points. I use points ALL the time to book for employees. This location does not allow you to use points and book in someone else's name without jumping through hoops! As mentioned, I do this at a LOT of other locations but for some reason they don't allow, and I called before I set my reservation & the desk told me it wouldn't be a problem. HUGE problem if I book & suddenly my guest can't get in

  Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Warren was a mixed experience. The service at the reception desk was disappointing and could definitely have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms are somewhat dated and could use updating, but they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast, however, was a highlight. The food was fresh, pleasant, and well stocked, and the person assisting with breakfast was especially helpful and attentive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the property could benefit from some updates and improved front-desk customer service, but the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast experience were positives.

  The hotel was clean, spacious. and an overall great space to be around! Only problem i have with it is the service. I stayed for 4 days & the front desk service is usually good, but the two men that stay at the front desk (a bald man & another bald man) were so unwelcoming. They just stared at us and when we stare back they look away & as we walked away it seemed they were whispering something. It reallly felt like an environment i wouldn’t want to be around. I’d come back with me and my girlfriend next time because the hotel & the area is great, but the customer service is not very good. Great spot for couples though.

  I usually consider Holiday Inn Express a safe, reliable choice, but this specific location was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. When I say you can hear everything at this hotel, you can hear EVERYTHING. The walls are paper-thin and the doors slam loudly every single time they are opened. Right after checking in, we were walking down the hall to our room and could clearly hear people having sex, which caused a lot of unwanted questions from our children. The amenities and service were just as disappointing. They ran out of breakfast on both days of our stay, even though we went down by 8:30 AM. The layout of the breakfast area is shaped like a closet, causing massive congestion. To make matters worse, the front desk worker acted completely annoyed when guests asked when the food would be replenished. The rooms were poorly maintained, including visible mildew in the shower and smelt like a basement. Our keys were disabled for some reason by the hotel. When we went outside to use the pool, it was filthy with a ton of debris sitting at the bottom, including a plastic Walmart bag. The outdoor seating area was practically non-existent, with only one lounge chair and two tables with minimal seating. The environment felt completely unsafe and unmanaged, with a large group openly standing by the pool gate smoking weed and passing around a bottle of liquor. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

  I came in town for a concert and to enjoy time with my girlfriend.. it was an overnight trip so after departing and headed back home i notice my watch box was missing from my bag. At that point i called the hotel talk to the front desk and ask them were my watches return to the lost and found. They claim nothing was there, and i even had an AirTag in my watch box that stated that my watches or AirTag was still at the hotel.. i talked to the GM and as he promised he would give me a callback regarding if they were found or not. He claim he will talk to the housekeeper that cleaned the room right after we left but still haven’t received a call whatsoever. I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will never stay here again. These watches was sentimental to me because the total value lost was close to 2k. The next day i seen that the location for my AirPod was not found. To see that the hotel hasn’t reached out to me at all, expressing the loss of items i find disturbing.. i will not recommend this hotel ever again.
