I was making myself breakfast when an employee came over n turned off the pancake machine while I was starting to use it. She didn't ask me if I was done or working on having pancakes... I asked her if she just turned off the machine n her comment was breakfast is over at 10... it was 10:10 but wow what hospitality she doesn't have. Walls are way to thin. The first room we were put in smelled like a locker room n the man at the front desk seemed to be annoyed that he had to give us another room n while he was figuring it all out I went to grab a cup of coffee... 4 or 5 feet away. This man had the audacity to snap his fingers toward me to get my attention mind you no one else was in the lobby so a hey miss would had been suffice not snapping his fingers like trying to attract an animal... Stay somewhere else don't bother coming here...

Excellent check in. Water pressure seems real low in sink!

My stay was 9/3 a 9/4 - this is the second time I’ve stayed here because of a power outage, I will start by saying the staff here is amazing, Darnell at the front desk is above and beyond fantastic, we had to stay here because of a power outage and we had asked for 4 extra sheets (we laid them on the ground so our 10 month old was not crawling on the carpet) and they had them delivered to my room immediately, the rooms are what they are they’re not fancy but they’re CLEAN from the bedding to the shower and the air conditioning is on point, there was anther lady who worked at the front desk ( I did not get her name but she was fantastic as well ) they have breakfast here and it’s actually good and fresh so hats off to the staff making sure we’re fed before work (pancakes , cheese omelets , bacon , yogurt, fresh cinnamon rolls, apple and orange juice ) all fresh and great, overall my experience here both times was 10/10 and I would recommend this place to anyone - thanks again Darnell

DO NOT book this under your points. I use points ALL the time to book for employees. This location does not allow you to use points and book in someone else's name without jumping through hoops! As mentioned, I do this at a LOT of other locations but for some reason they don't allow, and I called before I set my reservation & the desk told me it wouldn't be a problem. HUGE problem if I book & suddenly my guest can't get in
