  I had a great experience here. The room was clean, the breakfast was extensive, and the staff were very very nice. Breakfast is available until 10 AM which is later than a lot of other hotels, and checkout is 12 PM, a lot later than other hotels as well. The manager went out of his way to help me out. I appreciate everything, and I would stay here next time.

  First of all I want to give a huge shout out to this hotels staff who worked this weekend we just stayed there. Truly amazing service and assistance but when we came in late Friday (almost midnight) what was unbelievable is that Amanda at the front desk really understood our struggle when I told her we had been up since 2am and traveled from Texas for my sisters wedding weekend and planned accommodations failed miserably in all areas and I came with my husband and our 6 year old. We had tried a few hotels and just walking in didn’t like the vibes or smell etc. So we were so tired we were praying we could get the next hotel to just be clean and staff be friendly and maybe show us the room so we can make sure no issues before we paid again. Amanda even asked us what we were looking for specifically because she was about to make sure she delivered lol and I appreciate that. She wrote down “multiple” rooms just in case so that we could make sure to be comfortable. We 100% felt like it was a match and were laughing with her and all good vibes. Again this is at midnight lol so truly thankful for her amazing personality and empathy and overall hospitality. We did stay the entire weekend Friday through Sunday as planned and had not one issue. Clean, housekeeping was amazing, towels when needed, parking was great, no crazy noise, and oh my gosh the showers and bed were amazing! We literally felt so comfortable and at home for the weekend. We could not have asked for better accommodations for the weekend regardless of last minute or not. We will 100% stay here going forward when we come visit my family in Michigan! Thank you so much again team and anyone deciding to book or not; just do it!

  Excellent stay at Garner Hotel Warren Northwest! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff is truly outstanding. A special thank you to Maryam, who made the check-in experience wonderful. She was welcoming, friendly, professional, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also want to give special recognition to Amanda on the night shift. She was absolutely amazing—very kind, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Having such a friendly and helpful person available during the night makes a huge difference and gives guests a real sense of comfort and excellent hospitality. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Great service, wonderful staff, and an exceptionally clean hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW — THIS HOTEL REALLY STANDS OUT! 🥰🏨 We travel for work and stay in about two hotels every week, so believe me when I say we have seen A LOT of hotels! 😂 This one is, by far, one of our favorites — and honestly, I wish we could pack it up and take it with us! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, you could tell this is a hotel where people actually care about what they do. Ojeen, Wilson, and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and WORKING. 👏 You could constantly see someone cleaning, maintaining something, helping a guest, or taking care of the property. That says a LOT! Our room was so clean, comfortable, and cozy, and OH MY GOODNESS… the bedding! 😍🛏️ I didn't want to get out of that bed! After working all day, having a comfortable room and a bed you actually look forward to getting into makes such a difference. We did have a small plumbing issue, but honestly, it turned into another reason to compliment the staff. They moved us immediately and even made sure our rooms stayed close together so transferring everything was as easy as possible. No drama, no hassle — they just took care of it. 👏👏👏 THAT is customer service! We had to leave way too early for work, so unfortunately we didn't get to try the breakfast 😭☕️, but we saw plenty of other guests enjoying it, and everything looked great! And whoever is responsible for the landscaping/gardening around this property deserves a HUGE shoutout! 🌸🌿🥰 The grounds are gorgeous! You can tell someone puts real pride and effort into keeping this place looking beautiful. We also happened to see them bringing in what looked like at least 200 brand-new 55-inch TVs! 📺🙌 So it looks like even more updates are coming soon. We love seeing a hotel that continues to invest in the property and make things better for its guests. You can genuinely tell that the owner cares about this hotel and knows how to run it. ❤️ It's not just a place where people come to sleep — there is pride in this property, and it shows. Ojeen, Wilson, and the entire staff — THANK YOU! You guys work HARD, and it doesn't go unnoticed. 💕 We truly enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed and taken care of. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly place to stay in the Warren area — give this hotel a chance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
