  :( I made a reservation last night over the phone ,went inside told them my name 2 lady's at the front desk were very rude ,saying that never spoke to me , i was tired The were Very very rude I was just looking for 2 rooms We had a long trip and just needed a good night's rest. I did not give my money instead I went to best western hotel They did what they supposed to They gave me my room not problems, no attitudes

  Depending on when YOU stay, YOUR opinion on YOUR stay could vary, in my opinion this hotel is definitely out of the way of busy commotion, there was a good number of food selections in the area, very budget friendly, I feel like I was treated well, staffed treated me warmly and were incredibly kind, breakfast was out and ready EARLY!!! My room was incredibly clean and smelled nice,The woman who checked me in was incredibly sweet and willing to work with me and accommodate my request, my stay was incredibly peaceful and I do plan on being back! Tbh if this place gets a pool it would get a 6 star review 💯🫡

  I wanted to share a few details of my recent stay at Garner Hotel in Warren. The room and location were very much as advertised. The service was exceptional and above advertised. It's comforting to be welcomed with a smile, when the same courtesy is extended beyond the 1st impression, it shows the staff cares deeply about the overall comfort and well being of its guests. I had a chance to speak with Martina and Wilson about Garner and the challenges it takes to make it stand out amongst its competitors. They were both very positive and did not hesitate to pitch in and do whatever it took to attend to their guests needs. All while keeping a smile on their faces and remaining very cordial and professional. My wife and I will most definitely be staying there again and look forward to it! Thank you both and thank you to all your staff! Pete
