There is absolutely no insulation - you can hear neighboring guests in their room and everything seems to echo in the hallways. The HVAC system is incredibly loud as well. I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.

Mitchell, was here when we arrived from the hospital and he helped my daughter with me. Then day 2 he has been a gem. This a hidden gem and the staff makes the stay so much more pleasant!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always on task. I also like that the breakfast is grab and go, which makes mornings quick and easy. Glad to see they’re expanding to more locations
