This was an awesome stay! The customer service was A1. The rooms were great. The breakfast was complimentary! This place was very clean. I was very impressed! The beds were very comfortable! I will definitely be back!

Being here for work the client arranged the room. Since I wasn’t the one who paid for the room for the week it took over 30 minutes to get my room after the desk clerk called the client and his manager on how to get me checked in properly. However the clerk was very polite and apologetic to the delay.

This hotel is so incredibly well managed, it puts other more expensive hotels to shame. The hotel is very very clean. Everyone working there is extremely friendly. They clean the hotel constantly and meticulously. I saw the entire lobby being mopped after breakfast while they were washing windows. The manager personally called my room after check in to see how the room was. I have to knock a star down for just how incredibly loud this hotel is. The walls are extremely thin, and noises in the hall, next door, and above are so disruptive. Sirens outside 5 times or more a day. Just might be the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed it. It also has some loud guests. The room next to me was laughing and yelling at about 1 am. Then I heard their phone ring, must have been the front desk asking them to quiet down. Another win for the management of this hotel. The location is convenient. I think for some reason it attracts some characters in the area, but I think the hotel has overnight security in the parking lot, which was nice. The rooms are very small and very entry level. I found the bed quite comfortable. There were some moldy spots on the corner of the shower door, and some haphazard repairs to the electrical outlet. Those were the outliers to the high level of cleanliness of the hotel. Overall a very welcome level of service for a bare bones hotel, just don’t expect a lot of relaxation, for reasons outside the managements control.
