  Good location. Was in a nice neighborhood it felt very safe. The hotel overall was okay, lobby and pool area were nice. I use the pool area twice it was clean but there were people smoking weed right next to the pool both times I was down there. The real problem was in the room. Soon as I walked in it smelled like cigarettes and weed. The bathroom was awful, there was a huge hole in the shower floor. I told the front desk about it and they just asked me if I could not use the shower until the following day when maintenance could take a look. Maintenance never showed up so I just ended up using the shower anyways I'm sure water was pouring through to the floor below. Ridiculous they would even ask to not use the shower. The door handle came off every time you tried to open the bathroom door and just the entire bathroom was disgusting I would definitely not go back just for the bathroom and weed/cigarettes smell.

  This may have been one of my worst hotel experiences in my decades of traveling. The room was dirty, there was water damage and what looked like mold forming on the bathroom ceiling as it appears the fan has never worked in that room - it didn't at all when we were there. I reported the issue to management and nothing was done about it besides them simply looking at it then leaving with no communication. The cherry on top was when we arrived, the front desk receptionist was asleep and upon having to wake her up, she was so startled she managed to forget her password and lock herself out of the computer. We had it wait an extra 20 minutes for her to call someone and get it resolved. Horrible stay and honestly on par with where IHG quality has been headed.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while traveling with family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

  Breakfast was mediocre, but everything else was good. Housekeeping was rude though. They pestered me about when I was checking out. I told them at checkout time. It was only 9 am, and I had until noon.

  I’m a IHG member, and I visit different hotels of the group. This facilities not convinced me. The room has the closets doors damage, and there noises from other rooms and aisle. The elevator looks to old and dirty. The rest of hotel looks good, clean in general is good.
