The building needs some tlc and I know they make the money to do it. Ridiculous how expensive it is for a room with rusty nails, broken doors, a cracked toilet seat, etc.
The staff however was great! Special shout out to the front desk staff where every interaction was pleasant; Mandy, Nicole, and Stephon. Stephon is thorough at his job! Also, a special shout out for the house keeping staff from my floor; Adthuresa, Vojsova, and Basma. Wonderful ladies, great at their job, hard workers, highly appreciate them. Didn't get names for the breakfast crew but the breakfast was good, quite a few nice options.
Wish they would properly drain and cover their outdoor pool and hot tub 🤢 you can see it from the breakfast area and its gross.
I like that it's almost on a dead end road so not a ton of traffic causing night time noise pollution, and when entering and exiting the parking lot no real traffic to wait on. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our trip overall just wish the hotel wasn't falling apart and seemingly 'low rent' and normal rates are high for such a poorly taken care of hotel that is falling apart.
But like I said the staff was great, it's not up to them to make sure the owner is putting the money back into the building for upkeep. As a hotel employee I understand this all too well. Someone tell the owner / upper management to get on taking care of the actual building and its upkeep. That rusty nail sticking out of the wall is a liability not just ugly to look at.

called up to the front desk me and my girlfriend always stay here the service is typically great they know us by now so reservations and checking in is simple and easy. My leg is broken and my girlfriend works 20 minutes from here (which is where she is right now) we’ve been here for a week straight now given the convenience for the doctors appointment due to my broken leg. When I called I spoke to a white woman named NICHOLE I explained to her the first 2 days we we were here my girlfriend had to kill 2 spiders on the ceiling and on the wall and that I spotted to that appeared out of nowhere after cutting the air on. I told her that my girlfriend is at work which is 20 minutes from here and i’m the only person here and I have a broken leg so i can’t get up to the ceiling to kill the spider and that i’m very susceptible to spider bites and having to be hospitalized for them especially considering I currently have an infection in my face due to my injuries/accident so i’m prone to sepsis and currently taking antibiotics for it. After explaining this she goes on to say after rudely cutting me off “I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m the only person here and I’m petrified of spiders so i’m the wrong person to call to come take care of it I can have someone else come in to get it but it will be in the morning.” I asked her “ okay , so what am I supposed to do as of right now at the moment then I don’t want to get bitten and I’m the only person here and who again cannot move.” She says “well being rude isn’t going to get you anywhere.” I’m being rude because I explained the situation and how I can’t get to it myself or else I would I just wanted to see if I could get help ? Me stating that the only other person that could is gone at work and I can’t move because my leg is broken is me being rude ?
she says “well no , you just said your girlfriend is on her way “ I told her “that is not what I stated and reiterated what I was saying and if she wasn’t cutting me off maybe she would’ve heard what was said. She was highly disrespectful and rude to both me and my girlfriend when called. will definitely be speaking to her manager Mandy which is usually who takes care of us this behavior is unacceptable poor cleanliness clearly and this lady is definitely older than me given she works in customer service and i’m sure she’s had plenty other jobs fitting the same criteria you would think this lady has better manners and customer service but to get upset with me and tell me i’m being rude for tellin my situation and wanting help just because your scared of spiders is ridiculous to me she got upset with me before I could even finish explaining the situation like I wasted her time calling up there for the amount of money we spend all the time especially this week alone I would’ve expected better service and I am in an accessible room so I would’ve thought I would’ve been Better served. Now i’m left and expected to sleep in this room with Alive Unknown spiders because i can’t move and regardless of me telling her I’ve been hospitalized for spider bites before she still didn’t care it was none of her concern she still asked me what I wanted her to do as if i didn’t call to get assistance. I’ve been hospitalized twice this week due to my injuries and if i was to fall and hurt myself trying to kill said spiders so i’m not hospitalized yet again or I was bitten and had to be hospitalized not only would this hotel be sued but personally so would she as well. COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE.

Outside and inside public spaces were nice. Room was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. There were a few minor issues; shower handle wasn't attached, exhaust vent in shower was dirty. They did not effect our stay. Next visit we may try the Courtyard Marriot across from them. Same owners were told.
