We stayed in a suite for 5 days. Lovely room, lovely facility. Unfortunately, although the staff are friendly enough, they are incompetent. They swore in front of our children and we never had our room serviced during the entirety of our stay, despite our repeated requests for it. Also, our upstairs neighbors partied raucously throughout most of the nights we were there - not the hotel’s fault. However, not once did the front desk answer our repeated phone calls searching for assistance in this matter. It almost seems as if the staff go home in the evenings and leave the hotel to fall apart more than it already does during the day. It is a shame because this place has such great potential.

Probably one of the comfortable stay at hotel under $200/night. Room was nice size, very clean, modern, nicely renovated and comfortable bed. We stayed 3 nights for Dream cruise so I didn’t use all the amenities. But the room had the nice touch that I like👍 What’s surprised me, it had Toto washlet! The 1st standard American hotel that I came across with this, I want to give it additional star just for this feature. It equipped with Nespresso vertuo and capsules, not those cheap ground coffee bag and coffee maker. The restaurant staff was generous to give me a cup of milk at no charge in the morning for my Nespresso coffee on both mornings. Will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I visit the area.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while on a roadtrip in the Detroit area. The reviews definitely scared me but honestly, we have no complaints! The staff we interacted with were helpful, kind, and apologetic for any issues. The room was great and all the amenities were as described and met our expectations. We will be returning!!

I just realized while planning my daughters next birthday that I forgot to make a review. My daughters dad is a diamond elite member. We paid around $700 for the biggest suite for my daughters birthday back in March. The reason we had the party at a hotel is because she wanted to swim with her friends. There was some sort of event in the lobby and it was crowded and so loud. The pool was packed all night long. The kids from the event kept banging on our door and running away. I had to go down to management several times. When my daughter was downstairs one of the kids called her the B word. The person at the front desk let us check out an hour late so they could swim but they were only able to swim an hour for our whole stay, and for $700 that's quite unacceptable. Im not sure why both hotels share a pool when we are paying way more money to stay in indigo then the other hotel to stay. That is absolutely ridiculous. 6 months later and she still talks about it as being one of her worse birthdays. I would not recommend this hotel.
