  The hotel is okay but still needs to be a little mire clean. Hate the communal refillable bottles of soap and shampoo. Extremely unsanitary. They stay in the room. So too many people handling them, especially in the shower???

  We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff and the staff at the downstairs restaurant and bar were amazing. Food was also very good. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town 😊

  Troy Location: My daughter surprised me with this hotel stay for Mother’s Day for the first time because I keep foster children work and there’s never me time this was a gift she felt happy about giving me. She didn’t get her deposit back room was clean same as it was when we arrived they didn’t have her card number on her receipt it was another card number she called several times went there several times to get her deposit she had breakfast included next day free because she was a ihg member she was charged for that, that was corrected the waitress took a $15 tip out on her own from the card she used in the restaurant. I wouldn’t not recommend based on the deposit the stay was quiet rooms were ok carpet not vacuumed well. We did have a slow water problem in the bathroom sink that was called in the same night check in was we were told will have maintenance come right up never saw them.

  Super nice and clean hotel with a good location to surrounding attractions. We had a pet friendly suite which was nice and big although we only had air conditioning in the bedroom area and not the living room where the pull out sleeper couch was located which creating a humid and hot sleeping experience for the kids. Nice pool but no hot tub and the "Sauna" they state is in there idk if it really qualified. Hotel lobby had a bar which was cool, the bartender this night was very short and not very friendly so we had a drink and left. An Ala cart style restaurant located in the same area that offered breakfast and or dinner which wasn't included in our room price although we had a suite which seemed odd and we felt this should of been in the price for the $400 we spent on 1 night. Breakfast menu was simple but yet offered a little of everything from alvacado toast to an egg scramble. The coffee they served was horrible tasted like hot water with no coffee and was $5 a cup. I would bring your own or go out and get coffee!

  Great stay. Conveniently located near highway, restaurants, and mall. We were in town attending a concert downtown. Great time. “Sherry” at the bar/restaurant was very nice and helpful. I needed lots of coffee and it was great to have it ready as I’m an early riser. In-room Nespresso too for the caffeine lovers delight. Will recommend and stay again. Cheers!
