  Location was perfect but the room never had a working tv and the bidet didn’t work. I was promised a refund for the inconvenience and it’s been 40 days & still no funds. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

  Service in restaurant ok. Breakfast mostly and wasn't always what was ordered. Couple in my group was given a room that the door did NOT lock. Front desk was aware of issue when room was assigned. They were there several days when realized you could push door and it opened. They were put in another room but we're not compensated for the inconvenience. Their stay should have been free or at least cut in half! Maintenance was surprised room was assigned. Hotel was not full!

  I stayed at this property for a few days while trialing nearby properties before committing to an extended stay, as my property was being renovated. On my first night, I found two large toenails in the shower. It was disgusting and horrifying. I took a picture and immediately went downstairs to notify the front desk. The attendant asked me to email the picture to the front desk, but did not offer to change my room or have anyone come remove the toenails. I ultimately had to ask for a glove and remove them myself. The next morning, I had still received no response to my email. Then I discovered that a towel in the room had unusual red/brown stains. I brought this to Abby’s attention at the front desk. She was appropriately horrified by what had happened and offered to move me to another room, provide an upgrade, and provide points equivalent to a night’s stay. I was moved to another room, which I appreciated. I understand that an upgrade may not have been available. However, more than ten days later, the promised points still had not been added to my account. I emailed the property again and received no response. I want to give credit where it is due: Abby’s response was appropriate once I brought the issue to her attention, and the property itself was otherwise suitable. Unfortunately, the initial housekeeping failures and, more importantly, the lack of follow-through afterward made this an extremely disappointing stay. The most frustrating part is that I shouldn’t have had to repeatedly follow up to get resolution after finding someone else’s toenails in my shower. I would expect a hotel to take a cleanliness complaint like this seriously and follow through on the solution it offered. I did give it a two star rating for the actual property itself and Abby’s initial response. But the lack of follow through and lack of appropriate initial response speaks for itself. Do not stay here.

  I stayed here for a week due to a flooded apartment. Overall the hotel was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. I especially loved the fitness room. Had a couple issues with service. Due to the uncertain timing of repairs, I was not sure how long my stay was going to be. When I tried extending my stay, the gentleman at the desk gave me a hard time and rolled his eyes. Later that day, I met Kaylyn, who was very kind and helpful. I pleaded my case to her, and she looked at me like I was crazy when I practically begged her to extend my stay. The next morning, she made the same gentleman extend my stay while she watched. It was a bit comical. I saw this same employee giving other patrons a hard time, including an international traveler who, due to a language barrier, was struggling to navigate the checkout process. This employee was curt and refused to give the man a paper receipt, even though he had booked the room himself. I never got the employee's name, but if management can pinpoint who I'm talking about, might be worth some additional customer service training. Also not sure what's going on with the service at the restaurant. I've had breakfast here three times, and each time spent over an hour due to extremely slow service. All three times there have been two servers, and all three times only a small handful of patrons. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting for someone to pick up my check. It's been 15 mins. Despite the isolated incidents, I would gladly stay here again- hopefully under better circumstances.

  Worse Hotel experience in my life. For starters we arrived on Friday at 6 pm and our tv in the master room did not work. When we turned it on it turned off right away. The staff couldn’t fix it until the next day and still took them until 12 pm the next day to fix it. We went out for dinner right after we found out the tv doesn’t work and was stopped at the entrance of the hotel because I didn’t know my room # at the time, the clerk had to do a deep investigation on who I was and what room I was going too before he let me back up to our room. Saturday morning they told us breakfast was over at 11am so me and my family went down at 10:40 and breakfast was already over with! Saturday night after a long day we get back to the room and there is no internet and no tv to watch all night and the front desk couldn’t do anything about it. Get up Sunday morning to get breakfast “this time we left at 10:15” and guess when breakfast was over with? At 10:00 am. So no food, no cable, no internet and I’m suppose to make my family satisfied like this living conditions that I paid for? Never in my life would I come back here and I hope anyone that ever thinks about staying here read my review first. You won’t regret it!!! Honorable Mentions: •feces on the floor near stairs entrance, been there for 3 days no one has cleaned it up •No microwave in room l, have to go to front desk to warm food up • Toilet has a Badie that shoot up at your private area and you can’t turn it off • No waters or anything complimentary in the room. • Any complaint you have don’t bother calling the desk because they won’t remember so your best bet is going to the front and complaining asap so they can get it done. But all in all just save your money and sleep in your car before wasting any money at This crappy hotel!
