Reserved a room under CLC corporate lodging card, I arrived around 1030am and was asked if i was checking in and was told they didnt have any rooms, "WE HAVE 133 ROOMS TO CLEAN AND ONLY 3 HOUSE KEEPERS", so thats the excuse to not have 1 room ready for a corporate Check in, all.i can say if you have a reservation here dont expect to get your room, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY HERE, not very welcoming

As an IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite Member and a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many IHG properties. In my experience, the Holiday Inn & Suites Detroit–Troy is the best IHG hotel I have found in the entire Troy and Detroit area. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. My room is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything I need for an extended business stay. What truly makes the difference is the staff. The manager was extremely helpful, professional and genuinely interested in finding the right solution for my needs. The evening food service is also a very welcome benefit after a long working day. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is pleasant, and I feel completely comfortable here. I highly recommend this hotel to all fellow IHG One Rewards members, as well as to anyone looking for excellent cleanliness, comfort and customer service in the Detroit area. For me, this is without a doubt the best IHG property in the Troy–Detroit area, and I will definitely stay here again.
