  The location is next to the highway so travel is easy and there are alot of good restaurants near by plus a decent mall When we first arrived we were given a dirty room someone missed the ball it was upsetting The staff seemed just as upset .. they apologized and made certain we were upgraded with points .. Thank you Brandon and Deavion .. plus anyone else involved in making certain we had a pleasant stay ..

  Vending machines both out of order. No OTC meds like most hotels have. Ppl in the adjoined room were loud and rude and kept trying to open the adjoining door. Beds were comfortable. Fridge makes horrible whistling noise so had to unplug it

  Not a great experience. I called to ask if there was any chance of early check in because we drove over 3 hours, they said yes 2pm would be the easiest. When we showed up I checked in with with the unfriendly Receptionist, no greeting, no smile, very quite. She said she would check the status of our room because it was not ready, after 45 minute I got no update. Waited till 3 and they told us there was still no update and that the room was not cleaned. We had somewhere to be so we dropped our bags of in a uncleaned room to get to our destination. When we returned, the hallways smelt so bad, the room had no blankets, pillows and very dirty stranded bed sheets. The floor had red stuff all over it and they did not have enough towels for the 5 of us. The beds were ok, can't say I did not sleep well but the pull out couch was awful. There was stans on the carpet, bed sheets, walls etc. Streamers from a party were still hanging from the ceiling and tape on the walls, how knows how long that has been there. Our boys said the pool was very disappointing. They said there was a thin layer, white film over the top of the water.

  The guy at the front desk who wasn’t even using a tag with his name had an awful attitude. The reservation was made by an organization and added my name as secondary guest, they sent me the confirmation with the information. All this guy said is that his system was not showing my name even when I had an email with the proof. It was 11 of clock at night and I was with my wife and my 6-year-old. He made the organization call corporate to call him to add my name. If possible avoid this hotel unless you are comfortable with terrible customer service.

  The person working at the front desk had absolutely no customer-service attitude. They kept going into the office instead of assisting guests. There was an issue with our reservation, and rather than trying to find a way to help or resolve the situation, they repeatedly told us that we needed to call corporate to fix it—even though it was already 11:00 p.m. He was impatient, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. There was also nothing about his appearance or demeanor that indicated him worked at the hotel, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Please consider hiring people who have a genuine customer-service mindset, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and, most importantly, a willingness to help guests.
