- DDDaraJun 21, 20261.0I planned a one day trip to get my MRI scan for my cancer at Corewell Royal Oak hospital. I communicated every little detail about this trip to the staff on the phone as i planned this trip, i even told them someone was going to accompany me. They assured me, that everything that I asked about was going to happen. I planned this trip with the intention of having a public hot tub and under the impression to recieve a medical discount for having a doctors appointment at the hospital. I was willing to even give them any information on such a visit. I even asked them over the phone before i booked this trip, if they had a hot tub. I was informed, yes they had a hot tub. The hot tubs are i fact in private rooms and not in public by the pool. I Was charged full fair and not informed of the infedility fee for having an extra guest. I should have been informed about the infedility fee the moment i called or the moment i checked in. I did contact management and they did correct the charges, however, i will not be returning to this location due to zero communication on the staffs part.

- ASAndre SalamyMay 4, 20265.0We were promptly greeted upon entering the hotel. Checkin was quick and easy. Our room was larger than expected and very clean. Plenty of pillows and towels for our family. The breakfast was a good start to our day. The pool was small enough to keep an eye on the kids but large enough for all to enjoy. We will most definitely stay here again!
