I sleep in 30 or 40 different hotels annually, and this was one of the most comfortable beds i've slept in this year. Another traveling companion and I agreed that Nicole gave us perhaps the best front desk service of anyone we've encountered so far in 2026.

I stay at an IHG property in Troy on a monthly basis while traveling for work. I like the property and amenities but am very disappointed that as a platinum member my food rewards do not work here because of a what was explained to my by the front desk was a computer system mismatch. The staff took a picture of my phone to send to accounting to get it fixed but upon check out no adjustment was made for the reward credit. I will be looking for other properties for my future visits as I don’t have hours to devote to resolving this.

Love staying here. Matt and Nicole always go out of their way to make sure im checked in and we'll take care of. I stay here weeks at a time and never have an issue. Its a hotel where everyone remembers your name and Josie at the bar makes sure she remembers you and remembers your order. The GM Maher is an amazing person. They all are outstanding individuals who work here.

This is my second week here for work and it will be my last. The room is nice and the front desk has been polite and helpful but there are 2 negatives that bring the rest down. The first is minor, there is no microwave in the room. It's just annoying and ends up having me spend more money eating out. My main issue is the poor breakfast service and the fact that it does not seem like they care it's poor. Sit at the bar for 20 mins and all you get is the menu and are never acknowledged again. People come in after you and sit at a table and are waited on. I'm here with 6 other work ates and each one complains about the same thing. Breakfast at a hotel where people will be trying to get up and get going and you only have 2 people working and one of them only seems to make coffee. Definitely not doing another week.
