This was my first time my family and I stayed at this hotel. It’s a very nice and clean hotel and the staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Everything was great with this hotel. Just what we needed, basic room as we were only I. Town for a softball tournament a few days. Great parking close to the door and our room. Breakfast was good, well maintained and the staff was awesome as well.

No coffee in room, but assume this helps make it budget friendly. Staff was courteous and helpful and hotel overall was clean. There were some stains on hall carpet and our shower walls had some hair and residue on them but overall the room was clean and kept. 4th floor was quite, minus the ac until must have been right above on roof as Everytime it kicked on it shook and sounded like a jet engine above.

We came to this hotel after a multi-day tent camping trip where we were rained on and wet the entire time. We were excited to get to the hotel and wind down and relax, but a few things prevented that from happening.
We couldn’t wait to spend the day catching up on our shows and relaxing and since they advertised that they had Casting on the TV’s here it factored into the decision to pick this hotel. The WiFi would not recognize that I was a guest so I couldn’t join it and had to go down and get a special access code. Once I got that, the TV would not allow me to connect to the casting at all. After calling the help line to no avail, spoke to the manager who said that “everything looked fine” on their end and offered no further help, so now that was out of the question.
Another major thing that really ruined the trip for us, was that we paid extra for this hotel due to hearing that the free breakfast was good. We figured we’d pay extra and not have to leave to go out for breakfast. Well we got down for breakfast pretty early and everything was gone, and a line of people waiting for more. When someone asked the front desk who was working it, they said that they were, and somehow didn’t see everyone standing there waiting for food. When it finally came out it was overly salty heated up eggs and dry sausage. That was the “good” breakfast we’d heard about. Second morning they also ran out pretty fast and everyone was told “their shipment didn’t have enough” so everyone was out of luck who didn’t get any.
If we’d known this, there were hotels on the beach that were cheaper that we were considering and wished we’d have gone with. One positive thing I’ll say is the room was clean and nice and towels were changed out pretty quickly the next day. Other than that, I don’t think we’d return to this location.

Staff was Nice, but I don’t know where all the hype for the room comes from. It’s a basic room. Additionally, the beds could use some work. Very squeaky even without vigorous activity. Not munch insulation between rooms, cause we could hear everything outside of our room. Felt like I was gonna fall through the floor in the shower with as much noise as it made And I’m not that fat. What was most disappointing was the breakfast. What in the hell are bacon crumbles??? That was literally the only meat option, What was effectively bacon bits. I’m sorry, but that’s pathetic. But additionally, their eggs and potatoes were lackluster at best. I’m not expecting gourmet But you know some seasoning like salt would be appreciated. Thank god For the Bob Evans next-door. Better than a motel 6, but barely.
