- NMNatasha MoczarnikSep 29, 20261.0This is the first time staying at an IHG where when I got to the room, I immediately grabbed my stuff and checked out! As soon as I walked into the Hotel itself, it smelled horrible and even the agent at the desk smelled of BO. My gut was already telling me to not stay but I give the benefit of the doubt. As soon as I got to the room, it smelled horrible as well and all curtains were drawn closed so it was pitch black and hot as heck. When I opened curtains, I saw that there were gnats everywhere! Not staying! I’m sorry but if you are carrying the name IHG you better step it up at this place because the people that run it, need a lesson in cleanliness and getting it cosmetically looking where it should be. I would NOT recommend this place unless they made drastic changes!!

- SBSamantha BrodeSep 21, 20265.0The room was excellent. We did have a little problem with the shower, but they fixed it. Clean sheets every day. If asked for. It's not too far from the town. A nice area for sure. The view is only nice at south-east. We had the north side of the hotel. Not much of a view.
- ALAshley LupinskiSep 18, 20262.0‼️KEN PATEL FROM RIVER HOSPITALITY LLC IS A SLUM LORD. THIS LOCATION IS COVERED IN BED BUGS, MOLD, AND MILDEW. THEY ARE REFUSING A REFUND FROM A BED BUG INFESTATION. AGAIN KEN PATEL AND RIVER HOSPITALITY LLC IS REFUSING A REFUND FROM BED BUG BITES THAT HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION! BEWARE OF THE SLUM LORD KEN PATEL, ROCKY PATEL, AVAL PATEL.
- ALAshley LupinskiSep 16, 20262.0BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! The sheets have bed bug poop on them. My coworker experienced bed bugs bites. The sheets are horribly stained, the towels are stained, everything is not kept at all. If you stay there & your room smells like mildew, just know it’s an indication that there are bed bugs present, which two rooms my team stayed in had the mildew smell.
