- SVSarah VandykeJul 27, 20263.0There are no automatic doors to the entrance so getting your cart in is a pain. I stayed 1 night while traveling for work. I travel many days per month and I only stay at IHG and I leave reviews positive or negative. This one was one of the worst. I showered and the tub didn't drain which was gross, then I looked at my towel and it was stained yellow, they all were. My door lock was missing the front plate and made extend noises after the door had been open. Ice machine on my floor was broke. The carpets are filthy and it's not very up to date. The tv worked and so did the air so i shouldn't complain. I won't stay here again though.

I had to call the front desk at 10pm and 1:10 am to get someone to stop the children playing in the hallway. The so called breakfast we paid for with our room was nonexistent as it was oatmeal and toast. They had no food. Poor management!!!
