  Very clean hote, the front check in staff are very fast and friendly, the workers are all amazing. They are always cleaning changing towels honestly great service room always clean. The location is great close to everything.

  I would kike to Highly Commend RICHARD, Front Desk Clerk who is Exceptionally Kind, Very Accommodating and Has An Excellent Demeanor. I've been in the Travel Industry my whole life and Owned my Travel Agency for 40 Years, I have come across a few people in the Hospitality Industry that were good, but You have Exceeded Far Beyond with A Million Dollar Personality!   This hotel in Sterling Heights looks brand new and beautiful. Huge pantry near front desk even have frozen dinners because the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. Super comfortable beds. Anything you would want or need is there. The full hot breakfast is awesome with pancakes, eggs, sausage and lots lots more. 24 hour coffee tea and hot chocolate available near the lobby. Friendly welcoming staff. Even the room maids and lunch service gals were smiling and telling me to have a great day. I would return here every trip to that area!!!

  Excellent stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check‑in to check‑out. Highly recommended!

  I had some incredibly noisy neighbors - doors slamming 4-5 times a minute, yelling and screaming kids, some kind of mostly unsupervised kids' birthday party. They did this until 1:45 AM. The hotel staff was very responsive, talked to them 3x in an hour and moved my room as soon as I said I had enough. The stay was disruptive and bad, but I am writing a review because I think the hotel handled it very well. I have stayed here 3 other times and always had a clean, functional room with very nice front staff.
