  Absolutely disgusting and humiliating behavior from hotel management. My family and I were paying guests using the swimming pool, which was posted to close at 12:00 AM. Around 11:15 PM, a male manager approached us respectfully and gave us about 25 minutes to leave. We had absolutely no problem with that. Literally ONE MINUTE later, a female manager stormed into the pool area and began yelling at us in front of our children, demanding that we leave immediately. When I asked why she was screaming, she rudely denied it. I explained that her coworker had just given us 25 minutes, and her response was that his shift had ended and she did not care. That level of disrespect is unbelievable. We were not refusing to leave, causing problems, or arguing. The situation had already been handled respectfully by her coworker. There was absolutely no reason to humiliate my family and yell at us in front of our children. I did not pay to stay at a hotel just to be screamed at and treated like a criminal while spending time with my family. This manager showed zero professionalism, zero respect, and absolutely no basic customer service. A truly disgusting experience. Families should think twice before staying somewhere that allows management to treat paying guests this way.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. This is easily one of the worst and most unprofessional hotels my family and I have ever dealt with. I would strongly warn anyone—especially families with children—to think twice before booking this place. We had a reservation made through a third-party booking platform, and after what happened to us, I started reading through other customer reviews. What I found was extremely concerning. Multiple reviews appear to describe similar problems with reservations, and based on our experience, it certainly gives the impression that this hotel cancels or refuses to honor third-party reservations when they believe they can accommodate walk-in guests for a few dollars more. Whether they admit to this practice or not, the pattern described by multiple guests should be a massive red flag for anyone considering booking here.
