The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and everyone made us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Andre at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The location is close to the beach, shopping, and lots of great places to eat, which made everything so convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Can’t say enough great things about his guest service. Hotel is located right next to the beach and has amazing views of the lake and sunsets! Lots of restaurants nearby!

For the premium rates they charge, I expected a clean, well-maintained property. Instead, I found a hotel that was dirty, worn down, and generally neglected. The room and common areas felt grungy, there were unpleasant odors throughout the property, and several amenities were out of service. The overall condition of the hotel simply did not justify the price. I have stayed in far less expensive hotels that were significantly cleaner and better maintained. The location is fantastic, which is probably the only reason this property continues to attract guests. Unfortunately, a great location cannot make up for poor upkeep, lack of cleanliness, and a subpar guest experience. Management needs to invest in cleaning, maintenance, and basic hospitality standards. As it stands, this was one of the worst values I've experienced at a hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
