  Clean room, friendly staff. The location wasn't perfect, but road construction caused access issues.

  Ein Hotel was in die Jahre gekommen ist wie es ausschaut ! In unserem Zimmer war die Fliegengittertür defekt! Verbogen und nicht fähig auch nur geringfügig ihren Job zu mache . Das Frühstück war nicht überzeugend . Aber es gab eins 👍. Zimmer waren sauber aber die Glastüren der Dusche! Na ja. Sonst war es eine tolle Übernachtung

  My daughter and I spent a night at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Joseph, MI. I can’t say enough about the Manager, Mr. Paresh Patel. He helped in the return of items I accidentally left in our room. I can tell you he genuinely cares about his guests and hotel. His help meant so much to me. He truly is dedicated to his job. Thank you, Mr. Patel. Besides my praise for Mr. Patel, our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

  I'll start with the bad. We noticed during our first night the bottom of our feet was dirty so we cleaned them off including the kids but in the morning after walking in the room they were dirty again. So cleaner carpet and my daughter requested the bunk bed had a slide but everything else including service and updated rooms were nice. Also I hope they work on updating the pool area. We enjoyed it and will come back with location to everything and the view
