- BLBrandon Lazovic4 days ago2.0The stay was serviceable, but our room wasn't fully cleaned (toothpaste in the sink, dirty carpet, undusted furniture, mini fridge leaking rusted water, etc.). The shower also didn't have hot water during our entire stay (luke cold), maybe it's just an issue with the 1st floor of the hotel. Thankfully we stayed during an off season weekend, because prices significantly inflate during the summer months, but I couldn't imagine spending $300/night for a room as dingy as the one we stayed in.

Suzie was wonderful, so friendly and made sure everything was up to par for us. Assisted us with getting tickets for the ferry which was convenient, we had no idea where we were going. She made sure we knew where to go which made everything smooth. Room was very clean and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Honestly was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel with the room and customer service. Thank you Suzie you were amazing and made the experience fantastic. ☺️❤️
