- A이미진3 days ago4.0방이 오래되긴했지만 깔끔했음. 베란다에 벌레가 많았어요. 청소가 필요할듯합니다. 조식먹을때 자리가 부족해서 방으로 가지고 와서 먹었어요. 핫텁을 기대했으니 운영하지 않았습니다. 하지만 수영장이 따뜻해서 아이와 재미있게 놀았어요. 맥키넥섬으로 들어가는 페리와 접근성이 좋고 조용한 분위기라 전체적으로 즐거운 여행이었어요.

- JRJeremy RogersAug 28, 20261.0I checked in and clearly told the front desk not to let a specific person into my room. I showed them a photo of the individual and explained they were not authorized. A couple of hours later the hotel issued a key card to that exact person. The person was not on the reservation, did not know the room number, and only said they were “with so and so.” That was enough for staff to hand over a key. This is a basic security and privacy failure. I gave a photo and a direct instruction at check-in. The hotel still gave access to someone who had none of the usual identifiers (room number, ID matching the booking). I no longer felt safe in the room and would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone who needs the hotel to actually follow guest instructions about who can enter their room. I demanded a refund and they wouldn’t offer one.

The in room telephone has not worked since check in and the best is when we had a toilet clog the front desk handed my daughter a plunger to fix this ourself. Make sure you wear you shoes as the carpet has multiple stains from pets and a foul odor from this almost sewer like. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROOM #101 Wish I could post the pictures but did for corporate office.
