- BGBrian GuerreroSep 3, 20263.0Front desk attendant seemed nervous to assist us. The duvet had a stain. The hallways smell like eggs. The pool is not clean or heated at all. Water doesn't drain fast enough in the shower showing a clear sign of drain blockage. The toilet seat was not properly wiped down when we came in.

The room I reserved was 320$ per night with a pool view when we entered the room there were spiders in every corner and it smelled musty and the shower was run down (my son Killed 8 spiders in less then 5 mins..) we went back to the front desk and asked to be switched the room they moved us too didn't have spiders but was still 290 per night the toilet handle was broken and the tub drain was clogged by the end of every shower it was up to you ankles! The corners of each room with full of dust this place has no attention to detail. The whole pool area was full of huge spider and lots of them.. no towels were stocked. Save yourself time and money DO NOT say here.. the second room we sprayed it with raid and bleached the shower it was awful! Zero stars do not recommend.

The bathroom in our room had a broken toilet cover, the tub faucet needed to be repaired and the vent was gross. The indoor pool area had large patches of chipped paint and the hot tub was filthy- with mold and dirt on the sides. The hallways to our room needed to be vacuumed and just were overall dirty. For the amount of money I spent on one night, I expected better- especially for a Holiday Inn.
