  Pool was closed with no advanced warning. The bath tub drain stopper didn't work so my wife could not use the tub. Front desk said they would notify maintenance, but did not offer us a different room. No discount was offered for the lack of these amenities even though I had asked.

  My niece got married the first weekend of May, my sister saved a Large block of rooms for all of us to rent. Most of us live out of town or out of state..a few of us had to rent multiple rooms, For multiple days. Unfortunately, when we got there, we were told that the pool was under maintenance. It wasn’t open the entire weekend, and most of us came with young kids that hadn’t seen each other in a while. There was nothing for them to do. We were never sent an email letting us know, or we might have decided to stay somewhere else or in an Airbnb, where the kids would have more space. My specific day was from Thursday To Sunday. Renting two rooms on Friday for the wedding. When we came back to the rooms after the wedding on Friday, The entire hotel had no power. Our families, including my 74-year-old dad sat in his room in the dark. Nothing was done to compensate us. The second room I rented for Friday night had a coffee pot that didn’t work, and no hot water for a shower. Lucky for us we had the other room. In My opinion, it wasn’t worth the Stay. I will make other accommodations next time.

  Beautiful Location on the waterfront. We are here in the cold season so some of the awesome areas like the outdoor pool, terrace, outdoor bar & dining is understandably closed for now. But the Hotel compensates their pricing well during this time. The staff really stand out as eager to serve any accommodation request they possibly can. Very welcoming and inviting. The boardwalk and docks by the water is a great scenery. The indoor hot tub and pool are large with for to ceiling windows all the way around letting the outside in even during the off season. Very happy with the comfortable rooms and walk out private patios on the first floor. This is a great place for a rest or vacation.

  Order a handicap room with walkin shower . The shower was walk in with no grab bars .and no grab bars by toilet . By no means is this safe for the handicap. Also the pool water was so cold it was unbearable and no fresh towels to dry off with. The ice machines on 3 of the 4 floors did not work. How ever the staff was professional and courteous and the room was very clean
