  An Okay Stay, But Had a Few Issues My stay at this Holiday Inn Express was just okay. When I checked in, the front desk could not give me the floor level or room location I wanted. The bathroom was very basic and felt a bit mediocre. At night, I kept hearing water running. Because the room had a strange new smell, I could not figure out if the water noise was coming from inside my room or somewhere else. The staff was polite, but the overall stay needs improvement.

  I stayed here over the weekend for my wedding and it was perfect!! Staff was awesome, room was clean! Everything was perfect!!! Brittany is so sweet and kind!!! 10/10

  Stayed here for 1 night over the weekend and overall it was perfect! Super nice room and nice hotel in general. Very staff! Brittany is amazing! Highly recommend!!

  so i'm going to give my most honest feedback and this is from staying in 2 other hotels not part of ihg this summer. this hotel hands down is a 5 star rating from The location being in a nice area to you, walking in and being greeted right away to a nice hotel representative to the smell of the hotel smelling amazing. Complementary lemon water right before you get to the elevators and complementary fresh brew coffee anytime of the day is top-tier. my room was great no issues with the bathroom The King with the year of that lights up with a touch of your finger the decor was beautiful. The shower is amazing. the pool was clean I didn't have a strong chlorine smell at all the water nice and clean the pool area. Was is nice and clean. breakfast was good no complaints they offer Dove products from lotion to hand soap to shampoo and conditioner the entire trip. I didnt use my stuff that I brung I just use the dove. i stayed from fri to monday and would visit again my next trip to detroit all the staff was nice usa based and friendly

  This is an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff . We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the stay. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept up. Can’t say enough about the staff and they really seem to care about the hotel and service. Special mention to Brittany at front desk who is just super wonderful and goes over and beyond. We look forward to our next visit.
