  Loud doors from neighboring rooms kept interrupting my rest. Overall, barely average hotel, but was one of the cheaper options in the area.

  I’m 23 years old BLACK. I placed an order to the StayBridge via Uber Eats. After completing the order, I went to my vehicle. As I got in, I noticed several people walking up with their phones out, taking pictures. I got out and asked what the problem was. They asked if this was my vehicle. I said yes. They then asked if they could see my registration. I said yes, but why? They said, “Is the vehicle stolen?” I asked how and pulled up in the vehicle. I had just made an order to someone. They said, “If you don’t give me your registration, I’ll call the police and have you arrested. This is my property, boy.” If it was a white guy that ordered or got in his car after would this be the same case? it was also other people in the parking lot why me because the type of viechle I got in? Either shouldn't had matter I wasn't putting nobody in harms way or nothing just doing an order so why did the owner/manger think it was ok to racial profile me.I was scared to be honest like and just felt out of place after and went start home like it rubbed me wrong Then the owner wanna comment and lie under my post they are lying they did know I did a delivery inside I told them before they still decided to harass me or threatened to call the police. Please don’t try to be nice and cover it up yall was wrong and trying to comment that under my review because I did a bad review yall are terrible. Y’all are racist and y’all profile me getting in my vehicle because of the type of vehicle I had period other people in the parking lot why you didn’t go up to them about whatever you came up to me about it was multiple people in your parking lot so you don’t tell me that you just singled me out and because of the vehicle that I was getting in so you’re dismissed

  Thoroughly lackluster experience. We booked for our wedding weekend - around 18 rooms in all booked with the block or separately. I booked 3 rooms for our wedding party. One of the rooms was ready for early check-in but had a poop-like spot on the couch and the second room he was placed in had a terrible sticky spot on the floor by the bed. The room my bridesmaid and I shared wasn't ready at check in and we got moved from a 2-queen bed room to a king/pull out bed. We were told the pull out bed would be ready and made up when we arrived but there was just a pile of sheets left. Also, don't leave the ice machine feature on over night. It makes a horrible clunking noise every two hours that will absolutely wake you out of a sound sleep. The third room, they called to reserve a crib and it wasn't available until half-way through their stay. Of our other guests, four had there rooms cancelled and were moved to Hampton Inn, one was harrassed with dozens of calls to move to Hampton and ended up having a disgustingly dirty bed, a handful of other rooms weren't ready at check in either. Breakfast, pool, and meeting space were fine. It was close to our venue or we would've looked into other hotels. Would not book at this hotel again nor recommend for wedding block.
