  Was in town on business. Prime location to my customers. The hotel itself was very welcoming the GM checked me in and was very personable. The room was spacious and clean. The best part was the fitness center which was much bigger than expected with all new equipment. Overall this is will be my go to hotel.

  Had a 3 day conference here. Devon the GM put everything together couldnt have been better. The breakfast was delicious. Beds were great. Tiffany. The front desk clerk amazing. House keeping Carrie had a beautiful smile.

  Very disappointing experience – poor cleanliness and service We had a very disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Express Southfield. We had booked a room with two queen beds, but the room was not properly cleaned. There were insects and bird feathers on the floor, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The check-in experience was equally frustrating. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait for staff to come and assist us. We were travelling with our toddler and had requested a crib. We were told that only one crib was available and that the crib was broken. Since we had no other option, we requested to be moved to a king room. Unfortunately, the second room had a dirty microwave. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering that we were travelling with a young child. The combination of poor hygiene, insects in the room, a broken crib, and unprofessional service made our stay very unpleasant. We expected much better standards of cleanliness and service from Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately, we would not stay at this property again.

  My whole 13 weeks contract would not be smoother if I didn’t have a comfortable place to sleep and rest. Holiday inn Southfield gave me not only the ambiance but all general warmth of the staff . Checking in was smooth and thanks to the manager for the flexibility in checking on times. I’d recommend it anytime any day. Kudos to ya’ll!!

  This past weekend our 37th Reunion was held at the Holiday Inn Express in Southfield, Mi. On behalf of the Rice family, I thank the Manager Devon and her fine staff. First, the hotel was immaculate with warm decor. Secondly, the staff was professional, kind and attentive to our needs during the 2-3 day stay. Finally, the rooms were spacious with wood floors. I will definitely refer friends and colleagues to this hotel for future events and weekend get-a-ways.
