  I had a great stay with my family. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast was spot on. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  They were understaffed and they breakfast Sunday was closed early because ran out of food the staff that showed up did an amazing job for what they had to deal with management and the owners haven't a clue

  This must be a popular hotel in a great location because it was bustling. We had a wedding at the Black Sheep Shelter just nearby and we enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in a little bit early to get ready for the wedding. We really appreciated the walk-in showers in the bathrooms.

  The location is great. Near South Haven but far enough away not to deal with the crowds. Aldi and Walmart near as is Walgreens. Housekeeping disappointed me by not ever providing a second roll of toilet paper over the 4 days I stayed. The included breakfast is ok. No yogurt on Monday for dinner reason. No waffles; only pancakes. Regular egg things and rotating meats. The coffee is quite good.

  Rooms are very comfortable and the location is perfect but the front desk employees shouldn't represent IHG! Booking through a third party could definitely save you money because this location is pricey. I booked and saved myself money. During my original stay, I needed an extra night, so I booked the night through a third party. I spoke with the front desk about being able to occupy the same room for the additional night and was told I could. Now during checkout, I seen the same young female employee, and turned in my key. I left the desk and sat by the computer. This employee approached me and accused me of having a $600 bill!!! A little embarrassing and definitely unprofessional. This employee takes charge of the front desk with no clue of the surrounding area and IHG system management. I was told to email the actual manager screenshots of my paid completed booking. She told me to stay until the manager arrived so I canceled my UBER. Now the elder female manager comes in, speaks to her, they never called me over or approached me. The manager said she had no idea I was told to stay and had no clue of the email I was told too send her. I ASKED FOR A CLEARED IHG PORTFOLIO AS PROOF THAT THE BILL WAS TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT. THE ELDERY MANAGER SAID SHE COULDN'T GIVE THAT TO ME. If this is the way they're conducting business for IHG then try booking through AIRBNB or look at the surroundings hotels.
