- SJShannon JeffSep 27, 20261.0I'm not happy with my stay we paid a lot of money and I been in holiday inn in different locations has no issues but this is first time I staid in signaw I went to the pool there is no towels and in the morning I went to the breakfast 15 min before the breakfast over literally there is nothing left when I asked the person he does the breakfast he said the breakfast almost over we not cook anymore with attitude and I talked to the front desk he said they should have to keep service the area he went to talk to guy service the breakfast he told him I had people coming to the front desk ask for breakfast anyway we didn’t eat breakfast we went out to eat breakfast also I don’t think the owner or the manager they know what going on at the hotel they have to check on them employees this hotel should be run from professional employees and management
- CWCheryl WigginsSep 23, 20263.0We stayed for four nights part of it was over a weekend and the hotel was very noisy well after midnight, with kids and adults alike running through the hallways and talking very loud. The breakfast area ran out of food several times and the tables were not kept clean. The cranberry juice was always out. Our shower backed up to ankle deep water while showering and drained extremely slowly after the water was shut off. We reported this every morning and we're told it would be taken care of immediately, but it never was as I also reported it at checkout. Pillows were terrible, beds were good. TV channels were pixelated. AC worked well. I would stay here again if it was only for one night but if I came to the area for a short vacation I would find someplace else.
