  They are always very accommodating and I'm handicapped so I have good days and bad days and when I have a bad day all I got to do is just lay there and drink hot chocolate and watch TV they have a pool it's very nice I took a dip last night this is my favorite Holiday inn so it's now my go-to good job guys

  Highly recommend this hotel!! Staff, rooms, breakfast are all 5 star , honestly I’d give 10/10! We only stay here when coming to Detroit from Ontario! We have stayed a several hotels in the area that are terrible but his one is always amazing!

  DO NOT STAY HERE. Everything about this hotel is sketchy, dirty, and nasty. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the sheets had brown stains on them, the smoke detector had brown strains on it, the chair had stains all over it, there were popped balloons all over the room. We checked out maybe after an hour of being here, and the staff said they would leave a note for the morning manager to check us out? We asked for a refund since we weren’t even there for a hour and they refused.Very sketchy, they are clearly trying to manipulate their numbers if I could give zero stars I would. This has hands down been the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We’ve always stayed at holiday inn’s and after this we’ll seek lodging elsewhere in the future.

  Micheal at the front desk is awesome. He is my hero who went above and beyond to accommodate me at a late night check in. I mistakenly made my reservation after midnight, therefore, my room was for 4 pm check in, not 1 AM. He worked his magic and got me in a room. God bless him as I had worked all day and then a 4 hour drive to Roseville. His willingness to serve me and resolve my issue was beyond refreshing it was compassion for stranger and a customer. He deserves recognition from management.
