  Micheal at the front desk is awesome. He is my hero who went above and beyond to accommodate me at a late night check in. I mistakenly made my reservation after midnight, therefore, my room was for 4 pm check in, not 1 AM. He worked his magic and got me in a room. God bless him as I had worked all day and then a 4 hour drive to Roseville. His willingness to serve me and resolve my issue was beyond refreshing it was compassion for stranger and a customer. He deserves recognition from management.

  Overall, the hotel was pretty nice, but I specifically booked a room here for my son’s 9th birthday so he could have a sleepover and enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was a huge disappointment. The entire pool area was absolutely disgusting. There was a visible ring of grime around the pool, the pool deck had what appeared to be algae growing on it, and there was black mold on the walls that was impossible to miss. On top of that, the pool water was warm and so cloudy and dirty that you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. This isn’t just unpleasant—it’s a serious health and safety concern, especially for families with children. I hope management addresses these issues immediately because the condition of the pool is unacceptable.

  My vehicle was stolen from this establishment sometime June 20th 2026 between 3am - 4:45 am. It was locked. I went down to leave at 4:45 and the car was gone. I went inside. Cameron assisted me with calling the police and filing an incident report. She was even kind enough to let me use her phone charger so I could uber home. It’s Monday I’ve yet to hear from the manager about footage, or a refund for my stay due to my vehicle being STOLEN in their SECURED parking lot. Called again today to speak to manager and they’re conveniently not there. The lady said “the manager never showed up this morning.” Terrible way to go about treating a paying guest whose vehicle, along with personal property was stolen out of their secured parking lot. Will be seeking reimbursement IN FULL and filing complaint with the better business bureau. Do not stay here. STAY AWAY.

  In April I was traveling from Texas to Detroit with my family to attend my uncles funeral. On the way we had a blowout on our trailer and it had us far behind schedule. It was easy to communicate with the reservation line and the front desk clerks. We had a pleasant experience with all of the employees that we encountered. I don’t know all of their names but Mahimuda and Tammy were just a few of the great employees that we encountered. We were greeted coming and going, and my 4 yr old nephew was the star of the show.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Our stay at Holiday Inn Roseville was incredibly disappointing and honestly disturbing. We stayed for 9 days, and housekeeping barely happened. Our room went 3 straight days without being cleaned. Trash piled up, towels weren’t consistently refreshed, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were often not replenished. For the price and the length of our stay, that level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. The most upsetting part happened while I was working out in the hotel gym. The men’s restroom is directly across from the workout room. A man had been going in and out of the restroom for a while, and then he stood there masturbating and intentionally exposed himself to me. I had to call 911 and file a police report. What makes this even worse is that I later learned staff had apparently been allowing this man inside for breakfast and around the property, despite security concerns. I was also told CCTV footage had been provided to police, and then found out that may not have been true. Even more shocking, the same man returned to the hotel that same night and was still not arrested. No guest should ever have to experience this. Between the poor housekeeping, lack of security, and how this incident was handled, I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
