  Clover is amazing! Best front desk employee in the world. Dealt with a huge group of 40 people from the airport out of nowhere with very few rooms to work with and handled it like a pro. There were even rooms left for the rest of us too. 5 stars!

  We just checked into the hotel after a 30 hour trip to enter into a room that is dirty with sticky tables and a washroom that smells like pee ( urine). When I called the front desk to try to change the room, we ere told that they are sold out and that we have no options except for 1 king bed room with no additional couches which is not an option since we have kids. I dont recommend it at All. Bad service and dirty!!

  For starters, the shuttle seemingly never came after waiting 30 minutes so we had to uber. We got room 359 that had the AC unit draining water back into the room. The carpet was soaked and the room smelled so heavily of mold it was difficult to breathe. All of the bedding felt wet - even the toilet paper felt wet. We managed to get another room and it was barely any better. The dingy elevators should have been the first sign of a bad time. It’s no wonder they had rooms to spare when all else was sold out.
