  Connecting flight out of Detroit got delayed so Delta put us up here. Had an excellent experience for the 7.5 hours we spent here. The fish and chips had no business being as delicious as it was.

  Stayed here one night on a layover, offered to us by Airlines. Restaurant has limited hours, no restaurants open nearby, snack bar in hotel offered limited items mostly chips. Floor 3 smells like smoke. Wouldn't stay here again.

  She was a little rude, but also really busy, so I'll still give this place 5 stars 🌟 🤩 Little update: The morning lady was really nice. Also, the guy at the breakfast bar has such a great vibe; he just made my whole morning 😋 Annnnnd, I'm not eliminating the possibility that I could have just been hangry/tired last night when I walked in 😆 Great place!

  Your typical airport hotel. Mostly clean. Weird blood stain on the carpet. But shower was nice. Big fan of the shampoo and conditioner. Beds were clean. Lobby was out of coffee before 11am and didn’t seem like they cared to refill it. Shuttle never came to pick us up from the airport after waiting for 40 minutes so we had to Uber over. (Seems to be running on schedule from the hotel though.) Nowhere to grab food or coffee within walking distance. Restaurant was never open. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only option or close to it.

  Booked this hotel over a month ago mainly because it had a pool. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived and were told the pool is closed. It would have been VERY thoughtful for the hotel to send me an email letting me know know about the pool. The front desk did offer to cancel our our 3 rooms, but how am I supposed to get 3 rooms at 4:30 in the afternoon? We did check in and our group of 8 went down to the restaurant to look at the menu. There was one small table, but were told it would take 15 minutes to set up a table for us. And then the hostess proceeded to let us know what was NOT available on the menu. Needless to say, we decided to go somewhere else to eat. BW will be hearing from me.
