  Rooms and linens are always clean. I only spend the night here and up early in the morning to catch a flight out it DTW.

  Our room was terrible. There were no black out curtains and the room faced the parking lot and the bright lights shined in all night long. The electrical sockets next to the bed were not working. The room was in poor condition. The furniture was falling apart and it was very shabby. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay there and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room in advance, arrived with a valid reservation number, and was initially told they couldn't find my reservation. After I showed them my confirmation number, they finally admitted they could see the reservation in their system. However, they then told me they had no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. It's completely unacceptable to confirm a reservation and then turn a guest away because the hotel oversold its rooms or failed to manage its bookings properly. I planned my trip expecting to have a guaranteed place to stay, only to be left scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute. The staff offered no meaningful solution or compensation for the inconvenience. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I would not recommend staying here unless you're willing to risk arriving with a confirmed reservation and still being denied a room.

  The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in on the first floor was in a terrible location. There must be an industrial sized sump pump or some other machinery adjacent to our room. It went off about every 5-10 minutes. It was so loud, it might as well have been IN the room. Worst sleeping (or lack of) experience I may have had at a hotel. The room should not exist with that amount of noise pollution. Loud guests, highway noise, all par for the course. This was on another level. Cannot recommend.
