- CPChristine PardoOct 3, 20263.0The Room was perfect, When we checked in the girl at the front desk was very nice The only reason I give it a 3 star is because at 6:30 am most of the food in the breakfast area was gone, the woman who is suppose to be filling everything was very slow to do so None of the tables are washed down They serve waffles, but there is NO batter 😂 The price is great for the park N fly
- KLkevin langSep 26, 20261.0Someone claiming to be front desk opened our door at 2am. Door keeper kept from fully entering. startled by the entry i asked who is it? Two women stated front desk. looking thru door peep hole- Again who is it? They left. Reported to front desk in morning. Was told my bill would be reduced and someone would confirm if staff or not. A week later I contacted IHG with same info. IHG stated there was no report so someone from hotel would contact me. Still waiting!
- DWDuron WiseSep 19, 20263.0I had a bug join me in the shower on my last day of a four night stay. This location could use an upgrade to bring it up to the standard set by other Holiday Inn Express locations. Some of the furnishings were visibly damaged. The carpet looks like it was stolen from a dingy hut. The bed was comfortable despite it sitting comically low. The A/C was solid and kept the room at my desired temperature. The housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean and tidy. Overall a decent place to stay with its proximity to the airport and downtown Detroit. Ann Arbor is also around 30 minutes away.
- LJLaura JohnsonSep 4, 20264.0Love to stay here when I'm flying out in the morning. Easy access and reduced rates for parking in the quick Park behind the hotel. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.
- BSBob SnyderAug 31, 20263.0This hotel is ok but really needs upgrades and Maintenance. Even the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way .We used points so can’t complain too much but we’ve stayed in much nicer Holiday Inn Express. It is very close to Detroit Airport. See pics
