Was told the contract hadn't been signed yet, as soon as it was they would call me to get info. No one ever called me.Called 7/13 was on hold for 42 mins hung up and called back on hold for another 38 mins. Finally gave up, called back this morning 7/14 and was told all those rooms were filled, but the gentleman was going to talk to GM and call me back. That was at 9am this morning and no call back as of yet. Looks like I will be booking my room down the road at Hampton Inn and my company will pay for that. VERY Very poor customer service and disappointed in Holiday Inn.

- RHrichard howellJul 3, 20262.0The receptionist are some of the nicest people you will meet, but the service crews are lazy and dont do their jobs properly. I have had better maid service at a hotel that I paid 45.00 a night for than I have had at this hotel.
- JKJohn KmetzJun 26, 20265.0The hotel is located with easy access to the highway. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Sarah at the front desk did a great job she made the checking quick and smooth and was able to give good recommendations for places to eat in Port Huron.

Between the shower tiles that cut my feet, sink won’t drain, the dirty qtips all over the bathroom floor and the fact you allow a room right by the elevator and by check in (with staff that won’t politely remind guests there are people sleeping 9 feet away from them), proves you don’t care about your guests at all. The only way I’ll be back here is if double tree is sold out (as they deserve, I can see why there’s barely anyone at this one). Put room 112 out of availability because NO ONE deserves as shitty of a stay that I received here. I could have left at 7 am. I’m leaving at 2:30 am. This is pathetic and I’ll be reporting this higher as well.
