I just have to say, our trip wouldn’t have gone half as well, if it weren’t for Rhonda and her effortless hospitality. I don’t often write reviews, but I feel compelled to simply for her. She is, without a doubt, a rare breed in the industry. Incredible communication skills, great ability at anticipating needs, overall enthusiasm and commitment to creating an experience, not just offering a place to lay your head, are just a few of her shining qualities. If I had one recommendation to her superiors…give her a raise and don’t let her go!
And if I could request one consideration across all properties…if an establishment has a pool/gym and guests have checked out for that day, despite no longer having access to the room paid for, it would be of great value to still be able to utilize the amenities. We cleared out from our room an hour before checkout time and went to lunch, hoping we could come back and take a dip in the warm pool before our trek home. Sadly, that isn’t currently an option across your properties. In my opinion, this adds a special touch and is a true example of unyielding hospitality, Something increasingly rare in our society today.
As someone that has been in hospitality for decades, I find myself rather critical(often too much so🙃) and from my experiences, it’s the details that that help create the memories and keep your guest coming back.
Thanks for a great stay, Holiday Inn Express!
We will see you soon ☺️

Our stay has been pleasant. They have a large very *heated* pool, it’s the warmest I’ve ever encountered. The breakfast was good. The beds are comfy enough maybe a little firm. The rooms were clean. The toilet seats in the bathroom was a little beat up and needed to be replaced. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! As well as the heat of the shower if you like them really hot. It can be a little loud, you will hear a neighbor close a door or talk early morning, definitely not very sound proofed. Overall great place to stay and would highly recommend!

We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites and had a really great experience! The suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the jacuzzi was definitely a nice bonus.
We did have one small issue with the TV in the bedroom not working, although the TV in the living room worked perfectly. What really stood out, though, was Rhonda and the customer service she provided. Rhonda went above and beyond trying to get that bedroom TV working for us. She tried everything she could, and even though the TV apparently decided it was taking the night off 😂, she never just brushed it off or acted like it wasn’t her problem.
Honestly, things don’t always work perfectly, and to me, how someone handles a problem says much more than the problem itself. Rhonda was friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized.
Other than one very stubborn bedroom TV, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Great suite, relaxing jacuzzi, and Rhonda definitely deserves five stars for going out of her way to take care of her guests! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a two-night stay booked beginning Sunday night, but I didn’t arrive until approximately 5:30 AM Monday morning.
When I landed, I called the hotel to let them know I was on my way, understanding that the reservation may have been flagged as a no-show. My first call rang for an extended period with no answer. After trying again around 6:45 AM, I finally reached someone at the front desk.
The conversation was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. The front desk agent refused to identify herself by name. She told me there were no clean rooms available, despite the fact that I had been charged for the previous night’s stay. As someone who has stayed in hotels well over 1,000 nights in the past four years, it makes no sense to me that a room I’ve paid for can effectively become unavailable simply because my arrival was delayed.
Instead of trying to understand the situation or offer any solution, the agent repeatedly told me that check-in is at 3:00 PM. I explained that I wasn’t asking for an early check-in. I was arriving for a reservation that had begun the night before. When I asked for her name and then her manager’s name, she refused to provide either and continued talking over me.
The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. Flight delays happen, and I fully understand that operational challenges occur. What I don’t understand is refusing to answer the phone, refusing to identify yourself, refusing to provide a manager’s name, and treating a paying guest with such hostility.
This experience fell far below the level of service I expect from a Holiday Inn, and I would not stay here again.
