  We had a wonderful experience at this hotel for 6 nights. Everything was clean and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed. We especially appreciated Terry, who works in the breakfast area. She went above and beyond for my family!!

  I wanted to write another review because I’m honestly extremely pleased and impressed with the service here. Everyone has been absolutely amazing, especially the cleaning staff. They do an incredible job keeping everything clean and welcoming. The customer service has been truly extraordinary, and I really appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone has been. I couldn’t be happier with my experience

  The Wifi didnt work well in my room. I had to go down to the lobby to do some work. It was very inconvenient as it is usually busy there. Breakfast and Service was good. Having a coin washing machine ( 25c only, 20quarters required) but not changing coins is quite inconvenient as well as I had to run around for coins in the area.

  I am writing this complaint to express my complete disappointment with our recent stay at this hotel. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. My wife and I were in the area to attend a wedding at a nearby resort. Because of our travel and wedding schedule, we needed to check into our hotel room before the 4pm wedding so that we could change and prepare for the event. Unfortunately, we were told that our room was not ready because the hotel had been extremely busy the previous evening and did not have enough housekeeping staff available to clean the rooms. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, I do not believe guests should bear the consequences of the hotel's inability to adequately prepare rooms for check-in. We were offered no meaningful accommodation or consideration and were simply told that we could change clothes in a bathroom around the corner. This was an unacceptable solution and certainly not what we expected from a hotel where we had reserved and paid for a room. When we returned following the wedding and were finally able to check into our room, our disappointment continued. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room that had a broken table and did not appear to be very clean. However, the most concerning issue occurred when the rolling farmhouse-style bathroom door came off its hinges and fell onto my wife. The force of the door caused her to be thrown into the opposite wall, where a mirror was located. She screamed, and fortunately, she was not seriously injured. However, this incident could very easily have resulted in a serious injury. In addition, the beds were uncomfortable and appeared to be old and worn, sagging significantly in the middle. We reported these concerns to the front desk and asked for the manager's name so that we could discuss our experience directly. Over the following three days, I left four separate messages for the manager. Unfortunately, I never received a return phone call or any acknowledgment of my concerns. What is perhaps the most disappointing is the apparent lack of concern demonstrated by the hotel management. I seriously wonder how management would feel if one of their own family members had been struck by a falling bathroom door and thrown into a wall. I believe they would be extremely upset and would expect the situation to be taken seriously. The combination of the delayed check-in, inadequate response from staff, the cleanliness and condition of the room, the poor quality of the beds, the potentially dangerous bathroom door incident, and the complete lack of follow-up from management made this an exceptionally disappointing experience.
