  Spent three nights here, highly recommended. Clean rooms, comfy beds, polite friendly staff, good selection at breakfast. The gym and pool are small but fine.

  Our 10 year old slipped in the shower because the shower floor had zero traction. It was old, the traction was completely worn down, and it was extremely slippery. There was no shower mat. She fell out of the shower, had nothing to grab onto, and fell onto the hard tile floor and hit her head hard. She was screaming and crying and inconsolable. We filed an incident report with the hotel (which I had to request), and took her to Plymouth urgent care, where they said it was a possible mild concussion. Her head hurt for the entire rest of the week. We asked for a full refund, but the hotel refunded us for one night only, which was unacceptable as the room shouldn’t have been rented to us in that condition. The GM said there’s nothing else he could do, and to “call the cops I guess”. It’s been 2 weeks and we still haven’t received a full refund. We aren’t even asking for the urgent care bill to be reimbursed, just a refund for our stay. The GM won’t take my calls. He said he’s supposedly “escalated the incident” to whomever else is in charge, but won’t give me any info or names etc. He won’t even give me a timeline of when we’ll hear back from him. We’re completely being brushed off. A minor was injured in this hotel, and they are acting like WE are the problem. I’ve never received such awful customer service from a hotel or GM before. To be clear, I’ve never asked for a refund from any other hotel before. But this warrants a refund plus our urgent care bill being covered, at least. Stay away from this place.

  STAY AWAY !! We were in town for a wedding it was 30 of us. Some family members were double charged for the same room. NO extra comforters for pullout bed. NO everyday cleaning service They charged us $350 extra for cleaning the room after our departure and refused to refund us the money. Front seat lady is RUDE. There was construction going on in the lobby and they didn’t inform us of it prior to our arrival. We are escalating this issue further.

  I cannot rate the rooms at this time as that is not what I used. I was planning a party and had the event space I had reserved cancel my reservation due to losing their lease with loss than 3 weeks to my event. I called here knowing I had family staying here in hopes they had a conference room. They did and it was available on our desired day. Toured that evening to find that it was clean and recently remodeled ( don't go by the pictures on the website as they are not updated yet). Event went in without a hitch. Thank you to Amy and her team for helping me save my party!
