  The hotel looked nice online, outside and in the lobby. The halls smelled musty. This was the worst experience for a hotel that we’ve had, starting with the tv remote didn’t work, there was no buttons to push and it had a rattling sound. Then the tv wouldn’t work, they had to replace it with a new one. Then the fan above the 2 beds didn’t work. We opted for a jacuzzi tub experience-the jets didn’t work either. The sink in the kitchen drained extra slow. My son tried to make tea and the coffee machine was dirty with caked on coffee grounds.the complimentary breakfast was a fail also. The only plus was the complimentary limo ride to and from the restaurant.

  Nice hotel with clean room. Good location and the fact they have shuttle service is awesome. The pool area was super warm. Nice clean warm pool and the first hotel I've stayed in since COVID that actually had a hot tub. They also have a steam room. Free breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay here again if up in this area. Staff was also very helpful and friendly.

  I give this hotel a 9.5/10. They had freshly-ground coffee via a machine in the café 24/7. The pool and fitness center were great. My room itself was very comfortable. There were a few issues (non-functioning appliances, etc.), but the hotel staff rectified every issue within a reasonable time frame. Except, the water pressure of the showerhead was low, which they did not fix, but that is no fault of their own, as there is a new, pointless, Freedom-restricting law that declares that every citizen must feel as though they are being lightly rained on when they take a shower instead of feeling like they are taking a shower. You would probably find this issue in any other hotel, as well.

  Compared to the Odawa hotel this is definitely an big upgrade and worth the extra cost in summer months. Staff is very friendly and they have good coffee 24 hr a day. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are decent. They have a refrigerator with freezer and small micro. Their breakfast is very good compared to most other ones nowadays that are very limited and cheap. A few comments. Pool water was a little cloudy. This may be because of very limited use. I would suggest getting a valley view room. ON the road side you can hear noisy vehicles going by. Also had a bad experience with person in room next to us. At 5:05 am we heard their alarm go off. They had a wierd loud ring tone keep playing and the phone would vibrate/buzz loudly on and off. It lasted for about 15 minutes. We thought they must be downstairs or in the shower. After it was shut off it kept going on every 5 minutes so they must have kept hitting snooze. Finally at 6:45 they shut if off. If I would have seen them in the hall I may have had a few very colorful comments for them. The walls must not be very insulated or this person was a real bum. The views on the valley side must be great during color season.

  Our room was lovely, we had a suite with a full size fridge and microwave with pull out couch, two chairs and then the bedroom w two queen beds. We were upgraded to a valley view with two balconies and it was lovely. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Biggest downfall, especially since we stayed with kids, was the pool. Apparently there must’ve been something wrong with it based on the amount of workers we saw going to and from the pool room, but it was a filthy pool and was freezing cold. I didn’t feel comfortable having my kids go in for very long andwish they didn’t advertise having a heated pool when they definitely don’t. Kids were so excited to swim, so that was a major disappointment.
