  I wish I could give less than a star review. I made my reservation online, received my confirmation the morning of. Traveled 4 hours only to check in and be told that my reservation was cancelled due to over booking. No apology, no “let’s try to make this right”. Just a “Oops, that’s our policy, sorry no one called you”. Due to it being a very busy travel day, we then drove another 1.5 hours to stay in Traverse City instead. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

  I am so disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the front desk staff were kind. Upon check-in our room was not clean at all. Hair all over the floors and the bathroom was the worst and most obvious. Crumbs and candy were on the floors near the beds. Dust on the ceilings. As we went out to dinner I stopped at the front and told them it needed to be vacuumed. While we were gone they did come into the room because the notepad and a note we left had been moved, but nothing had been cleaned at all. The next day they came and made our beds, and still couldn’t be bothered to vacuum up any of the crumbs or hair. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the manager to discuss this and she has not responded to my messages, emails and she is always out of the office when I call. Very frustrating. Terrible stay.

  This was a fantastic place to stay we were visiting for a family graduation party the Parker family well know to the area The suite was absolutely amazing , feeling so royal , the ride to the casino was also a surprise as it was our daughters first experience there and she won ! Breakfast was un beatable we actually went out to breakfast one morning and it couldn’t compare to what your location served . We own Night Glow Graphics a screen printing and embroidery promotional wholesale business we have been promoting this location to other people in business and clients . Thank you Marjorie was pleasant to talk with the morning we checked out also wish we could stayed longer we will be back … Doug Sandra and Christina Holmes From Holly Michigan and my birthday was July 3 rd what memories

  Our family was upgraded to a suite and we are extremely grateful! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. My favorite was the cinnamon roll. It was so good! My husband really enjoyed the pancakes with peanut butter. The pool and hot tub were also both enjoyable.

  Was okay. Room was very dated and a little run down looking. Beds were okay. No coffee pot in the room is a little inconvenient. Breakfast was disappointing. Cinnamon rolls were hard, pancake machine didn't work, yogurt was old and not a lot of fruit options.
