  I prepaid and the gal to check us in said we didn't. She wanted to charge us again. A gentleman took over, look us up and told her we paid under a third party. She let him finish but never watch him on how to do it. Never said sorry or nothing. If she worked for me, she be fired. Show sucked. Sprayed water on floor. Fell on getting out due to wer slippy floor. Glad I didn't get hurt. Great breahfast.

  The stay was disappointing. This is a cute budget hotel in Petoskey that has luxury pricing on summer weekends. We definitely did NOT get what we paid for. The rooms are relatively clean but dated. The breakfast was what I would expect from a $100 a night hotel. Not $300 a night. The breakfast area is also incredibly crowded and they were very slow to refill anything. The employees were too busy talking to do their job. The hotel was nowhere near full but they still raised the rates to a ridiculous level as does everyone else in town. The ice machine did not work with no information on it as to where else you might be able to get ice. But the absolute worst part was the incredibly bright lights on the balconies that you cannot turn off that shine into the rooms all.night.long.

  Room was what we asked for. Not much interaction with staff, pleasant when we did. Hotel is on main road, ready to find. I'd stay here again.

  I totally agree with the previous reviewer.. I would hate for this place to get super popular as it’s such a sweet quiet spot to stay, but they really do deserve a 5 star rating. Everyone here is very respectful and seems to be super family oriented. We’ve been staying here for YEARS (we’re talking at least 15) and I would never want to stay anywhere else.

  I almost hate to tell everyone about this place, but we stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We had the 3 queen suites, but I really believe that the bed in the bedroom was actually a full nevertheless, the room was clean, the beds slept well and the hotel was quiet. We went daily for breakfast, and the lady who ran the breakfast area was so friendly and accommodating. She kept the area well stocked and was constantly cleaning. We will be making this hotel our goto for Petoskey vacation stays.
