    Honestly, it's one of the best areas where the hotel is situated and hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean, with great views and walkable areas, including the pier 👍🏿👍🏿 right next to hotel

    Tried to post a review on the IHG site, after they texted me following our stay. I guess it didn't completely upload, so I will rewrite this just so others who may be bringing their laptops know that there were no available plugs...at the desk! Go figure. I had to attend a Zoom meeting and could not do it at the desk. I plugged in the great lobby and it was perfect there. I also didn't disturb my husband in the room. I just thought it was an odd design mistake. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently walkable to several restaurants. Did not have time to walk the beach, but enjoyed the community's free beach concert. Hope to visit again and spend more time on the beach.

    Hotel is great but service is lacking. I've stayed twice with a similar experience both times. The desk person could be better. Attitude needs a little adjustment. The breakfast is the real complaint. Every type of juice taste like water. There's no microwave for instant oatmeal. The cook was letting it empty, even though there were plenty of guests who needed to eat. When she refilled the hot containers she only made enough for a couple guests and it was empty by the time the people ahead of me got some, I did not. The cook was loudly complaining about the guests who were eating at 9 like we should have picked a better time. It sounded like she was throwing dishes and utensils in the kitchen. There were no towels at the pool so we walked around the hotel soaking wet. If you stay here, everything is pretty good except breakfast. I decided if you don't look forward to a hot meal in the morning you will be more satisfied with your overall stay.

    Love this hotel was in rm 312 a 2 queen with a hide a bed. Room was clean and well maintained. Front desk and housekeeping was very friendly. Only issue was that it was a little bit pricey however I was very pleased with the hotel. If I was in the area again I would stay. Highly recommended
