- GMGretchen MillerJul 16, 20265.0Definitely a 10 out of 10 stay! The staff was exceptional! The room was spotless, the pool and fitness room was also sparkling. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. Perfect for family trips, or for single travelers. I can't think of one bad part of my stay.. I will definitely come back!
- JHJune HJul 15, 20263.0Even though we are Diamond Elite members, we were never offered even a bottle of water upon check in. No upgrade offers. Room had a bad chemical odor, either from A/C unit or from cleaning products (unlikely cleaning products though). Shower had mold in several corners & TP holder was falling off wall. NO in room coffee maker. Machine coffee in lobby was horrible. A/C couldn't keep a steady temperature all night & was very loud. I was glad we only had to stay for 1 night. Definitely not what we had expected.
- RRRWJun 25, 20261.0I recently checked out of my room and deeply regret choosing this hotel. My stay was entirely unsatisfactory. The bathroom tap was completely clogged during my entire visit. Despite reporting the issue, the staff failed to resolve it, leaving me without a functioning sink. The lack of urgency and inability to fix a basic maintenance problem is unacceptable for a hotel. I expected much better service and will not be returning. I emailed the management, but unfortunately, they didn't bother to respond until 35 hours later, as they offered apologies and a $50 discount of the $162.72 I paid for the night.
