We were surprised and delighted by the kindness, friendliness and brilliant service we experienced from every member of staff here, particularly Mona and Harrison on Reception. We were staying for a difficult family trip, a funeral, and we felt really cared for and looked after by everyone at the hotel. On top of that, the room was spotless, and the standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was the highest you could wish for. I also loved the fresh ground coffee, and comfortable bed. Thank you so much to everyone we met there, and we will definitely consider you our go-to accommodation every time we come back to visit our family in Lansing.

The ac wouldn't get cold, the one wall socket didn't work by the head board on room 110. Toilet also has leaks, but that's pretty minor. Also not using dove products???? I've never seen pink dove at a holiday inn anything.

We brought to the staff attention twice but they were not replaced in the whole week we stayed there. Luckily we had a second bed that seemed cleaner but not super confidence inspiring experience from a cleanliness standpoint. The breakfast food was quite bad to a point we ended up eating out every day. The overall room is clean and new but I think I will prefer to stay in another branch next time.

- KPKarl PetermanAug 8, 20265.0We stayed here while travelling through the area - just one night. We were travelling with our small dog and the staff and hotel were quite welcoming. Nice areas outside to take the dog out to pee and free poop bags and a garbage can. Free dog biscuits inside by the front desk too. The decor is updated and the room we stayed in was clean. Breakfast was on par with other HIE hotels I’ve stayed at, which means it was good and they had cinnamon rolls. Certainly recommend!
