  The house keeping staff started knocking on doors at 8:30am again at 9:30 then 10:15 and with a late check out of 12 they knocked again at 11 then at 11:30. Then I was charged a 25$ fee for my service animal. Called them and I still haven't got the 25$ back yet. It's been 4 days. Sheets were on inside out. And the mirror still has spots from sometime brushing their teeth. Dust on the lamps and the carpet smelled horrible by the bathroom and the door.

  When we got checked in and got to our room, the room reeked of weed. I called the front desk and she put us in a different room. The room is nice, but when we went to take a shower there was hardly any pressure to get the shower to work. You had to turn it all the way to hot and then slowly turn it to cool. I said something at the desk, they sent maintenance down, he looked at it and said I don't have a part but you should be fine. 😑 The other issue is you cannot control the air. It says it's set at 65, but when you check the actual temperature it's 69/70. Also you cannot set the fan to stay on, so when it cools to a certain temp, it shuts off. It has a motion sensor on it.

  We stayed here for 2 nights midweek the week of June 21st while on vacation with our toddler, and had a great experience. Our suite was large and quiet - the crib was already set up in our room and waiting when we arrived. The indoor pool was at the perfect temperature and a decent size - we all enjoyed it. The breakfast offered everything you'd want (eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, fruit cups, cereal, bagels, etc., etc., etc.). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family travelers. Great experience! The only issue is that it's very hard to make a left turn back onto Okemos Road from University Park Drive - no traffic light there - so you'll have to be patient, especially during the morning rush hour.

  Very nasty. Stairwells is gross and stains on my sheets. These pictures look nice on Google but it’s so different in person. Elevator dirty! Look like it’s time for them to have carpet replacements. Don’t forget to bring your own soap as well!!
