Do not stay here. We had ants in our room. We were told we were not the only room with the ants. The ants were all over the night stand and in the bed by the second night. We were told we would be moved to a new room and the told they were booked. We were told we would be offered a refund and then it was revoked. Terrible service and terrible hotel.

Very disappointed with the management at Staybridge Novi. Amber Wallace was rude, unprofessional, and made what should have been a simple situation unnecessarily difficult. Customer service and communication were extremely poor. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

So two weeks ago we stayed at a different hotel we were not happy so this time we searched went to two different places that were pet friendly but couldn't get the rooms we wanted because pets had to be on the lower lever well this whole time I thought this place was only for the hospital it's not THANK GOD I absolutely loved staying here I'm very picky about getting a hotel room as soon as I walked in I new it was the place I have not seen a cleaner hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful I wish I new the lady's name who checked me in cause she was amazing and so kind my room was spotless and it had everything I wanted free washers and dryers for guest use the pool and hot tub were so clean great breakfast in the morning and the best part is it's quiet and there was a lot of guests there the kitchen staff keep everything clean and house keeping are all so nice I'll never stay anywhere else and I'm not joking absolutely perfect place to stay if your gonna be a few days I had a ground floor king suites and I highly recommend for long stays has a refrigerator beautiful kitchenette spacious sitting area and the beds are so comfortable thank you so much to all the staff I really appreciate my stay with you and I just wanted to say I checked in Tuesday evening and the lady who checked me in is wonderful I don't know her name but the room was under the last name Campbell and I was in 128 she definitely deserves a thank you

Pam was an amazing help! Amazing worker and worked with me closely to figure out what room I should get and she got me the best price. Seriously a great person and I assume my stay will be just as good.
