  Location was perfect for my needs. Room was nice. Pillows were cozy! But the best part was the personal greeting and breakfast selections. Charmaine is a joy!

  The lady at the breakfast was nice and wanted me to review. The food was good and don't have complaints about that. But, our shower was clogged, the pool was dirty, and the room feels very dated. The light switch for the bathroom isn't even in the bathroom, there's no exhaust fan, the toilet is sized for child, the temp controls are on the AC unit, the floors are wood so you hear anyone above pretty easily, and they removed the personal coffee maker from the rooms. I'd recommend staying at the one in Wixom over this one, unfortunately. My apologies to the lady serving breakfast.

  Pool area is sufficated Chlorine smell .No exhaust fan and dryer area. No slippers in room No kettle for making tea or any such thing which is the least given by other hotels. Price is fine Location good

  We book this location or the one in Wixom every year during a family visit. The rooms are always clean and the service is reliable. We rarely, if ever, have time to use the pool or fitness center but they are available and appear well-maintained. The breakfast is consistent and there are more than enough choices for everyone. Charmaine (kitchen host) was attentive and friendly and kept everything moving during a big rush. Room rates are not always the cheapest in the area (though usually very competitive) but we know what we’re getting, which is worth something when you’re on the road. Until that changes, we have no reason to stay anywhere else when we’re in town.
