  We recently staid here to go to the Michigan Wolverines game and our stay was great! Room was clean and staff are excellent. My Husband accidentally left his wedding ring behind and the staff was able to find it. Thank you for your honesty ♥️🙏🏻

  Charmaine and dayneen was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, respectful, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay, and their customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate how attentive and helpful the staff was.   I repeatedly choose Holiday Inn Express due to reliable standards. This hotel was clean and modern with polite desk staff. However, the person that made my stay was Charmaine, who was on breakfast service Friday, September 11th, 2026. She was warm and friendly and greeted everyone. Her sunny disposition was contagious and a refreshing way to start my day. What a difference her bright and caring approach made! She made each of us feel like a valued guest. And when I shared with her how her positive energy affected me, she was quick to credit her behind the scenes coworker, Dayneen, as well. These kinds of employees make it worth coming back. 😃

  Our rooms were great wish they were able to help us out with a night we couldn’t cancel considering we paid for 3 rooms. Breakfast attendant Charmaine was great and friendly. Front desk staff told me on Friday they would see if they could help me out with a room I didn’t need on Friday went to follow up with them when I checked out on Sunday just to find out I was redirected to call the manager on Monday.
