  Charmaine in the breakfast hall was amazing! Excellent customer service ❤️ Congrats to Crystal for it being your last day, I can tell the team will miss you. Four stars for the room because I thought it was going to be a suite with a kitchen, my mistake for booking too quickly and not looking into the details hard enough.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Nova Detroit for a business trip, and I must say, the service was outstanding! The staff truly knows how to win customers. I want to highlight Charmaine, who handled everything during breakfast. It was impressive to hear how she greeted each guest and took care of their needs—she went above and beyond. I spent about two hours there, enjoying two cups of coffee while listening to her interactions. I will definitely return to this hotel when I'm in the area again. Please make sure to take care of her!

  We stayed for one night. The breakfast is really my only complaint. When we went down for breakfast there was still 2 hours left and there was NOTHING down there. Nothing was being refilled. Instead the breakfast attendant was in the kitchen dancing and singing. Meanwhile a bunch of people are waiting for more to be put out. I think we sat down there a little over 30 minutes waiting and we said forget it and just went upstairs to pack up. So disappointed

  We realized my husband left his Apple Watch at the hotel. We called and spoke with Amir. He was kind and so helpful in aiding us to get the watch back. Great customer service. Thank you Amir!

  My husband and I stayed here last night in room #207. The window faces a rooftop. It seemed like the hotel knew this, because they kept a heavy curtain tightly closed so guests wouldn’t open it. Even if the room was clean, the view made it feel very closed and uncomfortable. The rooftop was messy, with items scattered around, which made it feel almost like a prison. If the hotel is going to give this room to guests, they should lower the price or clearly inform them in advance. If you’re planning to stay here after reading my review, I strongly recommend not accepting room 207. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a happy wedding anniversary. That said, to be fair, the room itself was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very kind and friendly.
