  Our stay was on 8-7-26 we had 2 rooms. The GM Renee McFarland ASST Manager Lisa Battaglia and their team maya Barnett and ashley Koenig resolved an issue and were extremely helpful polite and professional. Because of them we will be staying at the Muskegon hotel again. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and kindness.

  Our first stay here coming back to visit my hometown. For years there has not been an IHG hotel in Muskegon and we are IHG folks. There is one in Spring Lake but we had a bad experience there so did not go back. This one is fairly new, open maybe a year or a little more. Always nice to catch a new hotel. Check out the photos. It does have an included breakfast and the folks working it are terrific. Also a shout out to the housekeeping staff. They seem to be always present. Check this place out the next time you need a place to stay on Muskegon.

  I would not recommend staying here whatsoever. We booked online and prepaid in full and our room was not ready for us until 10:30 PM. We have three young kids and this is beyond unacceptable. The pool area was also hard to breathe in, the bleach smell was so strong. The breakfast was also almost entirely out the whole time we ate. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else. Update- I spoke with the Assistant Manager and we were able to reach a resolution to the situation.

  Place was awful! The shower had hair all over the shower, dirty floor mat, hand prints all over window. The air conditioner was half hanging off the wall. I called the front desk and they said “they would let someone know” No one ever showed up to clean. Woke up in the morning, tried to clean up the room pulled back the sheets on the bed only to find blood stained sheets and I almost vomited. When I ran down to the front desk to tell the ladies standing there they rolled their eyes but when you don’t have a uterus it’s impossible to bleed all over the bed like that. I asked to speak to a manager I was told no manager was available until Monday but an assistant manager would be there at 3 so I stopped what I was doing at 3 to call only to be put on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. Called back several other times just to be placed on hold again. So disappointing after spending $300 on a hotel. I will NEVER step foot in that place again.

  Worst holiday inn express I’ve ever stayed at. I usually have good luck but this one was dirty, the pool was small and I had to wait for my room to be ready even though I tried to check in at 8:30 pm. Luckily my friends room was “ready”. Her room was filthy and she even found fresh blood on the bed! Totally grossed out and won’t be staying here ever again again. To top it off they told her the manager would call her today and they did not and when she tried to call them they put her on hold for 20 minutes til she hung up. Not what we expected for $300 a night.
