  Not the best customer service at the front. Hotel is a bit old. There was some mold in the shower and sink was cracked. Not to mention the lipstick on the sheet. Not very happy with this stay. The walls are thin and we heard a kid running around upstairs it was annoying. We left early and there were no lights in the parking lot, that was not very good. I wouldn't stay here again.

  Do not recommend. We called and specifically booked adjoining rooms. I asked the agent on the phone at least three times to confirm that we had booked adjoining rooms and was assured that we did. We got to the hotel and were not given adjoining rooms. When I mentioned that we specifically booked adjoining rooms, I was told "there is no note in the system and we do not have any adjoining rooms available". No sorry. No help. No discount. Just "you are out of luck". We specifically booked this hotel and these rooms because we needed adjoining rooms. Extremely disappointing. Further, the hotel was not in great shape. Was more like a Best Western than a Holiday Inn. Bathroom tub was broken. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. And all this for an extremely high price to boot. Terrible value. We could have stayed in a Couryard for this price.

  The hotel could use a little tlc. It's starting to show some wear and tear otherwise staff is always great and they have jacuzzi tubs.

  Yummy breakfast, very nice people at check-in, checkout and the breakfast area. Fixing some minor things like ripped bedding, some flooring, and possibly better working vacuums would bring this property closer to the usual HIE expected standards, but the people enjoying the pool and gym areas seemed as pleased as those of us having breakfast. Great & helpful staff. Oh, we were in room 229 facing the parking lot and it was quiet for our room.

  I had a great experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and I appreciated how clean and quiet the hotel was. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to others!
