  We had our "Don't Not Disturb" sign on the door. I asked housekeeping why she felt the need to knock on my door on three separate occasions before 10:30 AM. Check out is 11:00 AM. I was traveling alone with three kids under 7. It disturbed my babies sleep, ultimately had me check out later. Due to having to continuously settle in my children while I pack and head out. When I asked her "Why she was knocking on my door with the Do NOT Disturb sign on it" She smiled and replied "Today is my second day". No apology, no concerns for her repetitive disturbance. That raises a red flag for me as well. If it is her second day. She's being trusted to clean rooms alone 🤮. Apparently there's no training. I come here often when I travel with my girls due to the easy on easy off the highway. I'll happily taking my business else where.

  Our stay was disappointing. The mini fridge didn’t work, and the air conditioning was broken for our entire two-night stay. We reported the A/C after the first night, but nothing was done, making it difficult to sleep. Elevator was broken multiple times. Maintenance problems happen, but the lack of response from the staff was frustrating. I expected either a repair or a room change, and neither happened. Especially with two small kids, a hot room made sleeping miserable.

  I stayed here for two nights for my brothers wedding and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, and the air conditioning was also broken. After the first night, we notified the front desk about the A/C, expecting it to be fixed before our second night. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and we had to spend a second night in an uncomfortably warm room. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the lack of urgency in addressing the problem was frustrating. At a minimum, I would have expected the issue to be repaired or to be offered a different room. Because of the poor maintenance and lack of follow-through, I can’t recommend staying here.

  Nice hotel, the suite we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We love that they are located right off of the freeway. The staff are kind and accommodating. This is our 2nd stay here and we will be back.
