We were expecting two rooms close by or at least on the same floor, however we received a 1st floor and 2 floor. My wife and I moved into the 1st floor and gave our daughter’s the 2nd floor. As soon as we opened the door of the unit we noticed the smell of WET DOG. We asked the front desk attendant to move us but they could not because they claim it was full for the night. We were told to maybe open the windows, it didn’t work. Spent a terrible night with that horrible smell. Next day the day time attendant told us the previous tenant had a large dog and stayed many nights. We have tried to discuss with on site management for two days and no one will call us back. Called corporate office today and asked for help, and no one has called us back. Worst experience I’ve ever had and no management to be found. Very disappointing. I would not recommend and use caution when booking, apparently they don’t clean carpets, ever, or at least not the one they charged us 400.00 UPDATE. Three days later and still no response. If management can’t be on site to help customers with problems like pet odor so bad we had to keep the windows up and refused to move us. Can you imagine what you can’t see or smell?

The room was beautiful and the bed and pillows perfect. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had in years! Lance and Ginny rocked out breakfast with amazing service and it looked like they were enjoying what they do. There's nothing better when traveling than a clean, comfortable, hotel with a staff that cares. We'll done Staybridge!
