  I walked in with no reservation. They had rooms available, and they were patient with me when I had trouble with my credit card. I got a room, and I stayed for over 30 days. I was incredibly delighted. The rooms are amazing. The staff was fantastic. Parking is not that bad once you figure out the garage. Before I had access to the underground garage, it was pretty hard to find a spot. I overheard a lot of disputes and complaints about it, although I never really had a problem myself. Once I got access, the parking facility was great. I want to put a special dedication to Danielle, head of housekeeping. She helped with a skunk situation after my dog Sky got sprayed. It was very nice of her to help, and everyone there helped so well. She held that skunk thing down a lot, and she was the boss. She gave me great references to the local theater. She was very nice and very personal. Everyone was very personal. There was one housekeeper in particular who I won’t name. She really loved Sky, and she was particularly great. They were great with my dog. They really loved him. Sky seemed to be a big hit. I hope he behaved himself. It’s a great facility. Free laundry is a giant plus. I didn’t use the workout room, the den, or the dining area that much, and I didn’t participate much in the breakfast or the midday meetup. The times I did go, they were fantastic. What I actually used was the free laundry and the parking. It’s just a walk away from downtown Marquette, and everything down there is amazing. I can see why a lot of people stay here when they’re at the hospital. The coffee is fantastic. The people are great. The candy dishes are always full. Everyone was spectacular. I had many conversations with the staff and with other people staying there. It was fun. It was exciting. I hope I wasn’t too annoying. I hope I wasn’t too loud. They gave me a great deal. Dana kept the flowers really clean. Jeremy made really great food. Lana kept the lights going on at night. It’s a good team they have there. Hopefully they can keep everything cool. A great stay. I can’t recommend it more. I will definitely go back if anything happens, and if I end up leaving Marquette and I ever wind up back in Marquette, I’ll be staying there. Thank you very much for the experience. I hope I wasn’t too much of a pain in the ass.

  Great location with direct access to to a walking path to downtown and the waterfront. Really helpful and pleasant staff. Delicious and fresh breakfast.

  I would never stay at this hotel even on a night when they aren’t trying to screw their customers. It’s a Tuesday night in September & there are major events going on in the area. All hotels are a priced a little higher than usual, but over $500+ tax when you have at least 9 rooms available?!? It’s not the Four Seasons. Get bent!

  Loved our room with a kitchenette, the parking was easy, the gyms nice and an easily accessible walking/bike path right behind the hotel!

  Wonderful service, rooms, friendly staff. We were so pleased. Extra points for the full kitchen and being dog friendly.. We will return.
