- PAPeter Archambeau5 days ago4.0Everything was great breakfast was well above other hotels Rooms restrooms big and clean , although was on street side of hotel and sounded like drag races going on all night . Police should be out there pulling in the tickets
- NMNancy McPhillips6 days ago5.0It's nice. The rooms have been updated and are cute. Everything was clean. Staff were pleasant. The pool is large. The lights were pretty dim. Sauna wasn't working. The hotel was full, however it was quiet in our rooms.

I stayed here for the Ore 2 Shore MTB race and they had a bike wash station set up as well as a secured room where I could store my bike! Please set that up for the upcoming Marji Gesick race! Everyone was very friendly, and I highly suggest staying here!

We forgot Apple headphones in our room and it was a very confusing and long communication between the front desk and Lost and Found departments. Seems like these two are on separate planets. It took us two days to finally talk to someone who said they will ship the headphone over to our address. Three weeks later we still didn’t get anything in the mail, called back and were told they were never shipped and also we had to pay for shipping. I called over 15 times and was redirected to lost and found and none of these calls were answered. Very frustrating customer service experience and very disappointed how long and the way this was handled. Will never stay here again. Do better. PS Replying to Ann: why would I be the one contacting any of you any further? You already wasted a month of my time and energy with endless calling and not responses, I’ve had enough. Also, what does it even mean, official channels? So me contacting hotel was not an official channel? 🤣 you guys are great at customer service. No thanks.
