This is probably the best Best Western I have stayed at and I have stayed at many! It seems like the best maintained, everything in the room worked well. It was almost spotless, I did notice a bit of dust on the side of a coffee table, when the sun hit it at the right angle, but that was it! I have stayed here 2x now and definitely appreciate the well maintained and up to date rooms. one quirky thing that happened both times I stayed was that I had to get my room key card reactivated on the second day. The traffic noise from the highway is noticeable during the day and early evenings but not a factor at night.
We stayed at the best western for a manager meeting. By far the cleanest best western I have been to. The general manager did an amazing job at taking care of our group and making sure we were all comfortable. The rooms and meeting room were extremely clean and the front desk agents were very nice and professional. Best place to stay in Marquette!

I take a lot of road trips and stay in many hotels along the way, and this hotel was by far one of the best I have ever stayed in! Upon entering the hotel for our stay we were greeted warmly by Nova and loved the beautifully open reception and lounge area. The hotel exudes a clean and fresh feeling, and the staff does such a stellar job of caring for it.
Our room was spacious and extremely clean, which is ALWAYS the number one thing I look for in a hotel.
The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! There were so many things to choose from including awesome cinnamon streusel muffins that tasted like they came from a gourmet bakery.
They also had a coffee machine available 24 hours a day that included an array of different types of coffee and hot chocolate drinks. My son and I loved that little perk.
Also, having a water bottle filling station with an ice machine right outside of the elevators is brilliant and so appreciated.
The pool was exceptionally clean and nice and warm.
We had a wonderful stay here, and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you to the staff for caring about what you do…it shows!

The view is pretty good from the room but the hill makes the traffic extra loud. We can hear the guests above us stomping around and it’s 10:30 at night.
This is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
We were going to go swim but our room was 62 degrees when we got to the room and we were worried about feeling freezing when we got out of the pool. We opted not to swim.
The pros are this hotel is brand new, beds, very comfortable, lots of room to spread out, 2 TVs, great bathroom and shower with huge vanity area. Chargers for EV’s. We were going to try out the pool and there was like 20 kids in there, so we passed. Looked nice though (and they do have adult only hours 10pm-12am) the breakfast was good too.
The cons, this is a big one for us and reason we won’t stay here again next trip.
Soooo noisy-I think that was our error in booking a place with a pool-tons of kids. There were 2 rooms right across from us that had 8-10 kids and maybe 3 adults (who are either deaf or blocked out their kids) They fixed their doors so they could go back and forth ALLLL day and night and the doors would slam against whatever they had keeping them ajar loudly. It was constant, not even kidding. Called down to front desk and Nova (tried to talk to them about noise level and not leaving doors rigged to slam) they stuck towels at the bottom of doors and about 15 min later took out towels and back to the door slamming until 10pm then back at it 8am next day. Whoever was above us were potentially professional wrestlers..not sure. Either way not a relaxing weekend.
