  Ms Nova Yingling was amazing, so helpful, and professional. We had a slight problem with extending out reservation at the last minute by one day and called the hotel directly. Mistake was my fault not Best Western’s. Yet Ms Yingling made the changed quickly and made solving the problem seem easy. While leaving a 5/5 on the review. If possible would leave 5 stars for Ms Yingling, along, as she went way beyond our exceptions of great customer service to help us. Including helping me search inside the hotel and outside near our car looking for my misplaced wallet. All the staff was all very friendly, polite and professional and went out of their way to offer help or service. Everyone we dealt with shared a smile and nice word with us while asking and offering if there was anything they could help us with. The bed and linens were wonderful. The king suite room was spacious and the decor very nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the extra items were a nice touch that you do not find at other hotels such as the dairy and gluten free options. The one negative about the breakfast is that while there is a good selection of juices, coffee, and milk there is NO cold water available. We were forced to go around by the elevators to the bottled water filer to get a glass of water. Just a few things to note: 1) Plenty of parking and very well lilt. 2) Several E.V. parking spots. 3) Easy check-in and check-out. 4) Inside of hotel and grounds are well kept and clean. 5) Heated indoor pool and fitness area clean and nice. This hotel is very well maintained and modern. Excellent stay in every way. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had an AMAZING experience at Best Western Plus in Marquette!

  Probably the best hotel in Marquette. Great hotel everything new. Kind and helpful staff. Walkable to grocery store. Beds are super comfy. A few of the The hallway decorations are questionable other than that it’s a completely new great place to stay.

  Great experience again! This was our second time staying here. The breakfast options keep getting better with a large selection of select coffees and food items. Great Price and great staff! Pool area is also very comfortable and large enough to have family and friends stop by. 👍
