- JBJulie BilaMay 5, 20265.0We stayed here while the mighty Mac was closed due to falling ice. During our stay I lost my necklace. A week later on our return home I called to see if by chance they found it or anyone turned it in. A lady by the name of Amelia answered and said no one found it or turned it in, but would have the room steward research our room. She was so kind and took my phone number. The necklace wasn't real expensive but very meaningful. A long Sterling silver with two pendants. I was so sad to lose it. The next morning I received a phone call from Amelia that it was found in our room between the counters. She put it in the mail and I had it within a couple of days. I was so happy. She and the steward went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks for everything 🫶
- MEMax EllisMay 4, 20265.0Spent one night here at the end of April. Front desk staff were very friendly and polite. Room was relatively clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options. Location was excellent. Walking distance to viewpoints of the Mackinac Bridge.

But what I really came here to talk about is the BREAKFAST!!! Whoa they do an amazing job with that. Two different kinds of sausage, and sausage biscuits and gravy! They also have cheese omelets, bacon, seasoned potatoes and that cool pancake thing that makes the pancakes for you!! They also kept refilling it during breakfast hours so everybody got some!! 10/10 would recommend

Breakfast was hot and fresh with many choices! The staff was friendly, professional and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in mackinaw city or close by.
