  Mi peor experiencia con IHG / holiday inn, la peor! No se queden aqui hay chinches en la cama de las habitaciones! Me estuvieron picando hasta las 3.30am sin poder dormi hasta que me di cuenta porque!

  Ashley at the front desk was very kind and accomadating for me and my friends. Quite frankly she deserves a raise and then some thank you Ashley for the wonderful experience.

  Wonderful stay made all the better by the hotel's friendly staff. We're British so unfamiliar with many of the US customs but the staff, especially Amy and Shannan, really took the time to chat with us and made us feel welcome. Location great and easy to navigate, spacious room and adequate breakfast made our trip easy.

  Interesting environment. I paid $250 for one night. My toilet didn’t flush so I requested them to come fix it. Someone came and then when I returned to my room it refused to flush again. At this time it was the middle of the night so I didn’t waste my time attempting to get someone to come back. There is a very interesting crowd here. Maybe because it is close to a night club. But one of the guest had a tether on his leg. Then there was a strange man pacing the halls on my floor. It didn’t seem very safe. Way over priced for such a poor experience.

  I attended a 15th birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter at this hotel with my kids, and I was honestly shocked by the condition of the property. Before we even got into the pool area, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The pool area was dirty, with debris on the floors and grime in the corners. The pool water was cloudy and didn’t look clean at all. It didn’t appear that the area had been properly maintained. The guest room wasn’t any better. The bathroom had visible dirt, mildew, and buildup in the corners and around the shower. It felt unsanitary, and one of the kids in our group has asthma, so the mildew odor was especially concerning. What bothered me the most was how my friend was treated after bringing these concerns to the front desk. Instead of trying to fix the situation or offering another room, she was basically told that if she didn’t like it, she could leave. That’s not how paying guests should be treated. This was supposed to be a memorable 15th birthday celebration, but instead the girls ended up spending the night in a dirty hotel because leaving wasn’t financially possible. It was heartbreaking to watch what should have been a special occasion turn into such a disappointing experience. The pictures speak for themselves. I would not recommend staying here until management takes cleanliness and customer service much more seriously.
