  We just had an amazing experience. Room was clean as can be. Towards the last day of our stay here a very sweet young lady helped us out, her name is Melissa. She was very helpful and went beyond her job and help us out.

  The room was not really clean. The nightstands were not cleaned. The floors not properly vacuumed. Stains all over the hallway carpets and well as debris. It doesn’t take much more effort to ensure areas are clean. I would pick another hotel in the future.

  Stayed over the weekend due to my power going out. The lobby was packed for a wedding and I had to wait a few minutes for a worker to show up. If there's a huge event going on, have more than one worker at the desk!! I hate when hotels try to save money like that. If it's a slow night, fine. Huge event? More workers! When she finally showed up to the desk she had her headphones on and was having a hard time hearing me. At least take them out when you're talking to someone. I didn't know if I was going to get my points since she didn't say anything about my platinum status and she also didn't tell me about the master switch to keep the lights on. So when I got up at 2am to use the restroom, I was in the dark. Most hotels doesn't have a master switch, or they have the slot to put your key card in to keep the lights on. I've stayed at plenty of IHG hotels over the years. Everyone has upgraded to huge shampoo/conditioner/body lotion bottles installed in their showers, as well as hand soap and lotion attached to the wall by the sink. This hotel offers the tiniest bottles to use. I had to go get more because one bottle wasn't going to be nearly enough. I think you should look into investing what every hotel does with their toiletries because I guarantee, it'll save you money in the long run. Also, after have a sneezing fit, I took a tissue and made only one swipe across the counter and the tissue came back dirty! I could only imagine how worse that tissue would look if I wiped down more than what I did. The cleaning and dusting needs to be improved greatly!!! However, I will say the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good for being free. I think there needs to be another sign by the desk that points to the breakfast area because it's hidden behind the check in counter and I assumed no guests are allowed back there because it feels like you're going to be walking to their office area and you're really not.
