  After a truly terrible experience at another local hotel during the weekend of May 9th, my husband and I were exhausted, uncomfortable, and desperately needed a clean, welcoming place to stay. The previous hotel was dusty, dirty, and overall unacceptable, so we made the decision to check out early and find somewhere else. That’s when we called Holiday Inn Express and had the pleasure of speaking with Morgan. From the moment we explained our situation, Morgan was incredibly professional, compassionate, and accommodating. He quickly helped secure a room for the additional two nights we needed while visiting town, completely turning around what had started as a stressful weekend. Throughout our stay, Morgan consistently went above and beyond. Each time we passed the front desk, he genuinely checked in to make sure our room was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. His kindness, welcoming personality, and outstanding professionalism made us feel valued and truly cared for. Morgan’s exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. He is a tremendous asset to the Holiday Inn Express team, and his dedication is exactly what keeps guests coming back. Because of him, this will absolutely be our choice every time we’re in town. Morgan truly deserves a bonus or raise for the incredible experience he provided. Thank you for restoring our comfort and trust during what could have been a ruined trip.

  I guess I will start with something positive. The staff at the front desk were very nice. However, the rooms were subpar. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The toilet was not cleaned under the rim and the floor had not clearly been mopped. There was a light brown stain next to the toilet and other things on bathroom floor. I put gloves on and wiped the floor and the stain came up. Totally disgusting. I felt so uncomfortable using their bathroom.

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. We spent 3 nights there last week and my wife got bed bugs so bad we had to miss our flight as Delta refused service and drive home 18 hours only to go to the hospital. Management failed to address this on a timely professional manner. 10's of thousands of dollars in damages including clothing, travel, doctors, medication and personal time lost but rest assured we will have our day in court. I would warn anyone to find another establishment or risk your's and your families health by staying here. More to come!

  Superb experience, beautiful. The housekeeping staff was incredibly accommodating despite their primary roles in the hotel. You ask and you shall receive! Breakfast was delicious, hot and well prepared. Their breakfast area was very organized and neat, I appreciated and acknowledged that. This is a hotel that takes hospitality to the next level. During a layover business excursion, time is precious and after work I was excited to come back to my room and relax knowing that I was showering, sleeping and eating in a clean, well sanitized, neat appearing hotel room. I will continue to use this hotel as my primary lodging location on future trips. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
